How To Set Up Roboform Save Hours of Work with Roboform

Lauren here, and welcome to the instruction manual for installing Roboform. This guide will show you how to set up Roboform, step-by-step.

By now you should have a new email account. If you haven’t set one up yet, I suggest you

get one before you continue with this manual. Go here: www.gmail.com

Alright, let’s set up Roboform now.

Roboform is a VERY useful tool that will save your hours of work. Roboform will automatically fill in your information (such as first name, last name etc.) when registering for the survey sites. This is extremely valuable because there are so many survey sites for you to sign up with.

I’ve created this guide to make it as easy as possible for you to set up Roboform. I’ve

included detailed, easy to follow instructions and pictures to show you where to click (this makes it really easy!).

After you’ve successfully set up Roboform you’re ready to start signing up with survey sites. Sign up with all of the survey sites in your country. This guarantees that you will make the most money!

Step 1 - How to create an account with Roboform Go to http://www.roboform.com/lp?frm=frame45&affid=sah14

Click on “Sign-Up”

After you click on “Sign Up” you will be taken to the registration page. Fill

in your new account details (User ID, Password, Email, Name, etc.) Click

“Submit” when you’re done


Step 2 - How to download and install Roboform Click on the link “Download” in the next screen.

This will download the latest version of Roboform to your computer. Click on “Save”.

Save Roboform to the desktop (or you can save it anywhere else if you want, but the

desktop is easiest).


After downloading, click on “Run”

Follow the instructions to install Roboform on your computer.

(Roboform will ask you to close your browser after installation is complete)


Step 3 (FOR FIREFOX USERS ONLY) - De-activate Add-On Restart your web browser. Go to “Extra's > Add-Ons” in the top of the browser. Search for “Roboform” and click “De-Activate”. Restart the browser again.


Step 4 - How to set up your personal details If you followed the previous instructions correctly you should see Roboform installed in your web browser. It will display a couple of options.

Click on “Setup Form Filling”.

This will open a new window. Enter your first and last name, then click on “OK”.


After you’ve entered your first and last name and clicked OK, you will see a window that displays a lot of fields.

Fill in as many fields as possible.

Every time you go to a different webpage, Roboform will recognize if there is a field that

corresponds with a field inside Roboform and Roboform will fill it in automatically.

So make sure that you fill in as many details as possible! This will save you A LOT of time.

Also, don’t forget to click on the different tabs like “Person”, “Company”, “Address”, etc. to fill in more details.


After setting up your identity you can set up as many different identities as you want (for different purposes/websites for example) by clicking on “Roboform > Identities > New Identity.


Step 5 - How to set up Custom Fields

With Roboform Basic (the free version) you can add up to 3 custom fields.

This is how you set up custom fields:

First, click on the Roboform logo > Identities > Edit:

Then click on the “Custom” tab:


Then fill in the following field names: - Marital status

- Household - Education

Then, fill in the applicable value for your Marital Status (type in which one applies to you): - Married

- Single - Partner


Then, for the Household field values fill in the number of people that live in your household:

Then, fill in the applicable value for your Education (type in which one applies to you): - High School

- Some College - Graduate


TIP: If you want to make the sign-up process even easier by setting up more custom fields you’ll need to buy Roboform PRO ($29.95).

It is useful but remember this: a lot of companies require fields to be filled in that are totally different then the fields of other companies. This means that you will always have to double-check fields and fill in the fields that Roboform does not cover.

Remember, it will cost you some time in the beginning but will certainly pay off once you have registered with all the companies. You only have to do it once, after that you’ll receive an endless stream of surveys forever!

Step 6 - How to use Roboform Now that you have set up Roboform you are ready to start signing up for the survey companies. This is how you do it.

Visit the survey section of the Surveys At Home members area. Click on the first survey

company. This will take you to the website of that survey company.

Click on your name in the Roboform toolbar:

After you click on your name, all the fields on the site will be filled in automatically (first

name, last name etc.)

Pretty cool stuff right!?

Once all the fields are filled in submit your information to the site and go on to the next.


Appendix A: AutoSave Password Everytime you visit a webpage that requires a password (such as the members area of SurveysAtHome ;) Roboform will ask you to save this password or not.

I recommend that you save it.

If you save it, you can later easily login to websites because Roboform will remember and automatically fill in your login details! This makes it easier for you to login to the sites to take surveys. It will save you a lot of time because you don’t have to constantly remember the password of every survey site!
