Features of the ACE Program
Induction ACE Program specific induction with modules that associate have to complete through self learning mode
Training Cross Cultural Training for the team that ACE associates join to help the team understand the challenges and how to deal with them.
Buddy system ACE associates are advised to choose individually buddies who can advise and support them in their cultural experience and fulfillment of the plans.
Conferences
ACE Conference where ACE associates meet members of the senior management and network between each other.Global Village where ACE associates represent their countries’ culture and showcasing diversity within TCS.
Heading for the future
ACE associates are offered, based on their performance, to join TCS after they have completed their internship in the program.
