BSETC Overview

Page 5: BSETC Info-Session

We work 100% virtually. We use Basecamp, e-mail and telephone to

communicate to our clients. We use a team based model but we also

have a project manager who reviews Basecamp regularly to ensure things do not get missed.

Most clients work with one team member who helps keep their projects moving and organized and other team members come in to help.

How Do You Work?

Page 6: BSETC Info-Session

I work with my clients in a higher level, big picture, strategy sort of way.

I help our clients break down projects into easily digested chunks and understand what needs to go into each project.

I provide internet marketing strategy and tips on the tools and resources they’ll need to implement and use.

What is Your Role?

The hourly packages roll over month to month. They act much like a pre-paid phone card.

Hours stay on file for six months.

All time is tracked using a punch clock system and reports are given whenever requested of time and detail.
