Day 1

In the morning arrival at Seville airport

Meet & Greet with our local assistance

Seville has been recognised as one

of the most beautiful cities in the

world, with its more than one

hundred buildings declared National

Monuments. Here you are in the

very heart of Andalusia’s culture,

the centre of bullfighting and

Flamenco music!

Day 1

From the airport we drive to the Plaza de España

- where we discover the most emplematic places

of the city by cuadricicle! Our route combines

the main monuments and the river.

Duration of 2 hours.

We see the Estatua del Cid, Puerta

de Jerez, Patio de los Naranjos, the

cathedral and Archivo de Indias as

well as a drive along the

Guadalquivir River at the Torre de

Oro on to the Plaza de Toros and

Puente de Triana before returning

to Plaza España.

Day 1

.

For lunch we will enjoy tapas by making

a little tour

The tapas are part of the Spanish life

style. Originally they have been used as

little lids (in Spanish „tapa“), avoiding

that insects might fall into the glass.

Today they are served and consumed with

any alcoholic drink and substitute in many

cases lunch or dinner – all served in small

bites.

This is a nice way to combine the joy of

life and vitality of the Spaniards with their

hospitality and their fondness towards

gastronomy.

Day 1

Then we drive to Jerez de la Frontera

(1 hour)

Jerez de la Frontera

Jerez is located in the province of

Cadiz. With its rich artistic and

monumental heritage, Jerez de la

Frontera is one of the most emblematic

enclaves in Andalusia.

Its wines, horses, festivals, traditions,

sport events, and cultural activities

make the city a place to be visited, but

also admired. Jerez de la Frontera

became famous for its wines named

after the town, which the British

pronounced "sherry". It is called "de la

Frontera" because it once stood on the

frontier between the Moorish and the

Christian realms. Jerez is also famous,

throughout the world, for its fine horses

and brilliant singers and dancers of

flamenco.

Day 2

Breakfast at hotel

Morning activity

In the gardens of the hotel we will get the

first introduction to the bullfight

traditions – with TauroPilates.

Based on the movements of the Torero it

will give you the feeling for doing a

bullfight yourself!

Then we proceed to a breeding farm for

Toros Bravos and Andalusian Horses.

The origin of the fighting bull can be

traced back through the different

indigenous bovine breeds dating from

the 15th Century, though it was not

until the middle of the 18th Century

that the fighting bull began to

become clearly identifiable through

the selective breeding process of bull

breeders in Spain.

Day 2

Then have the opportunity to enter the

farmland with special trucks so we can see

the horses and bulls from close proximity.

The bulls are magnificent animals and are

admired and revered for inspiring not only

fear but also respect. A toro bravo

typically weighs between 450 – 650 kilos,

and is a highly alert and responsive

animal. The bull’s physique is

characterized by the distribution of muscle

around the neck and shoulders, used to lift

and toss with its horns; the length of

horns, legs, tail and coloring all vary by

breed and bloodline.

We will also enjoy a nice lunch at the main

cortijo.

At the bullring we have the opportunity to see a

demonstration of a bullfight with a calf – you can

also join and try for yourself!

small glasses from a long distance and a

professional ham cutter shows you how

the famous air dried Iberian ham is cut

from the bone.

During dinner enjoy the Spanish guitar

– and to finish we will have a
