Guidelines for the Poster CompetitionThe scientific programme committee is delighted to invite you to submit your scientific (basic science) or clinical abstract (case studies, surgical procedures or therapeutic innovations) on the following topics: • Oral Implantology• Implant Prosthodontics • Multidisciplinary Treatments• Digital Workflow 1.1 General InformationAll abstracts received will be reviewed by a jury and the authors will be notified regarding acceptance or rejection of the abstract in due time prior to the conference. In order to participate in the poster competition, the first author or the presenting author must be registered for the IMU Digital Implant Dentistry Conference. The first author will receive a notification regarding the approval as well as information regarding date and time of the poster session by 5 November 2019. 1.2 Submission Process Abstract submission deadline 31 October 2019In order to submit your abstract please follow the process as described below:• Register for the conference (online registration available at www.imu.edu.my/events/didc).• Download and complete the abstract submission form.• Send the abstract submission form to Dr Pravinkumar G Patil at [email protected]• You will receive an email confirming that your abstract has been received. 1.3 Poster Awards• 1st place • 2nd place 1.4 Characteristics of the Abstracts / Posters• The abstract must not include more than 400 words.• Poster must be printed in the following format: 118.9cm (height) x 84.1cm (width).• The posters have to be set in place in the morning of 30 November 2019.• The first author needs to be present at the poster, during the poster presentation session in order to explain or clarify questions the jury may ask. • This regulation is mandatory in order to be considered for the prize. 1.5 JuryI.
