Resource effi ciency. Increasing resource effi ciency forms an integral part of the strategy and is one of Semperit’s core competences. 1 Window construction As an expert manufacturer of seals, Semperform produces more than 2 million metres of high-quality rubber sealing gaskets for windows, doors, gates and facades every day. Special compounds with high insulation or fi reproof properties ensure the function-ality and durability of the construction elements.

2 Transportation For ropeways, ski tows and other ropeway facilities, Semperform supplies lining profi les for sheaves and bull-wheels. With the Railway Superstructure segment, Semperform plays an important role when heavy-duty or subway trains are safely, quickly and silently on their way.

3 Escalators From Hawaii to Tokyo and from Helsinki to Johannesburg, throughout the world Semperit handrails are a success. Be it indoors or outdoors, for escalators or moving walkways in subways, airports, shopping centres or other public places - they operate reliably.

4 MedicineSurgical and examination gloves by Sempermed are used in hospitals and doctor’s surgeries, as well as in the dental sector and care facilities. They ensure protection from infections, have excellent skin tolerance, and they offer high wearing comfort.

5 Occupational safety Disposable and reusable protective gloves by Sempermed guarantee optimum protection from injuries and chemicals, and ensure hygiene. They are essential in industry, in laboratories, in the pharmaceutical and food sectors, in cleaning companies and in the beauty sector.

6 Private consumption Sempermed protective gloves are available in consumer markets and offer skin-tolerant protection for housekeeping and hobbies. From gardening to various do-it-yourself activities or car cleaning – they are suitable for individual all-round use.

7 Construction Industrial and hydraulic hoses by Semperfl ex are core parts of construc-tion machinery on almost every construction site – be it a concrete pump, or an air pressure or sandblasting hose. Optimal force and energy transmission characterise our hydraulic hoses in excavators, bulldozers and cranes.

9 Other industries Hydraulic and industrial hoses as well as rubber sheeting by Semperfl ex are used in many areas: Whether it is in the chemical or petrochemical industry, in the food industry or drinking water supply, in engineering, mining or agricultural technology, Semperfl ex offers the right hose solution for almost any task.

8 Cleaning technology Semperfl ex produces rubber hoses for high-pressure cleaners, employed in industrial or in facade cleaning. Semperfl ex waste hoses play an important role when it comes to sewer rinsing and municipal vehicles.

Semperfl ex: Top standards worldwide. Hydraulic hoses, industrial hoses and elastomer sheeting are produced in the Semperfl ex segment. Our production plants in Europe and Asia meet the highest quality standards.

Hydraulic hoses by Semperfl ex are applied in engineering, mining, plant construction and agricultural machinery. Safe transpor-tation in chemical, construction and food industries are ensured by Semperfl ex industrial hoses. High-grade elastomer sheets by Semperfl ex form an ideal basis for sophisticated gaskets and stampings.

The leading position of Semperfl ex is even further extended by the continuous expansion of capacities and the intensifi ed presence in growing markets. As a result, we expect growing market share.

In the Industrial Sector Semperit offers a wide-spread product portfolio. It includes hydraulic hoses, conveyor belts, rubber sheets for ski production, as well as handrails for escalators. Semperit provides reliable and individual solutions for the most diverse industries. These achieve-ments have placed us among the leading com-panies on the international market.

Sempertrans: Mining and industry. With production plants in France, Poland, China, India and USA Sempertrans is amongst the biggest conveyor belt producers worldwide. The product portfolio consists of conveyor belts with textile as well as steel carcasses. It is optimally tuned to the varying require-ments in many fi elds, ranging from underground and surface mining to heavy industry and seaport facilities.

Sempertrans conveyor belts, in various sizes, excel worldwide due to high operational safety and long endurance. Thanks to their custom-made production they also convince through their versatility. Sempertrans advises and supports customers seamlessly from the initial concept throughout the entire production and installation process up to service and maintenance.

Increased presence in the growth markets of America, Australia and Asia will allow Sempertrans to also benefi t from the strong demand for raw materials and energy in the future.

Semperform: Innovative all-round solutions. As a leading European manufacturer of moulded and extrusion products made of rubber and plastics, Semperform supplies a comprehensive product range. In close coordination with the clients, custom-made solutions are designed – and they quite often lay the foundation for a long-term cooperation.

Semperform develops and produces elastic cushioning components for the leading ropeway producers worldwide. Almost every well-known ski and snow-board producer counts on vibration reducing foils by Semperform. With regard to handrails for escalators and moving walkways, Semperform is among the world market leaders. And the market position in sealing gaskets for windows and doors was strengthened with the acquisition of the German profi le producer Leeser in 2015.

A worldwide business based on two cornerstones. Well-known Sempermed brands and a fl exible OEM production (production of customer brands) cover the global glove market perfectly. Surgical and examination gloves for medical purposes are distributed under the brands Sempermed® and Sempercare®. Semperguard® stands for disposable and reusable protective gloves for industrial and hygienic applications. Latexx Partners, a highly fl exible Semperit subsidiary in Malaysia, is one of the most successful producers of gloves for globally operating brand suppliers.

Since 2000 the Semperit Group has more than doubled its revenue to 915 million euros in 2015 and has continuously raised its earnings. With this strong operative performance and with an excellent balance sheet structure, Semperit has created the fi nancial basis for future growth.
