About BIMTECHBIMTECH, Bhubaneswar is a sister concern of BIMTECH, Greater Noida, which was established in the year 1988. Like the Greater Noida campus,

the Bhubaneswar campus is also established by the Birla Academy of Art and Culture, the educa�on wing of the BK Birla Group of companies. Dr

(Smt) Sarla Birla, Chairperson of the Birla Academy and Syt BK Birla, Chairperson of the BK Birla Group of companies are the founders of the

ins�tute. It is governed by an eminent Board of Governors, drawn from top echelons of industry.

BIMTECH, Bhubaneswar (BBSR) campus was commenced in the 25th year of opera�ons of G. Noida campus, which is rated in top ten private B-

schools of India. The ins�tute has been spread in lush green 30-acre campus, and aims to serve higher educa�on needs of eastern region of the

country. The first batch of PGDM was started in 2013 with students from 11 states, thus represen�ng mini-India culture in the campus. This mix of

cultural backgrounds, academic and professional experience makes BIMTECH, Bhubaneswar the most exci�ng and happening business school in

Eastern India today.

International Conference on Multidisciplinary Approaches in Business Management & Sustainability (ICMABMS) is a unique event which focuses on highlighting and integrating all the major facets of managing business in a sustainable manner. The primary objective of the conference to create a platform for corporate executives, government officials, academicians, research scholars and students from diverse fields such as management, economics, law etc., to present their views, facilitating a knowledge sharing environment aimed at enhancing the understanding of the contemporary corporate practices, nuances, issues and challenges of business management and sustainability.

Also, the conference may hold a plenary session as well, enabling industry-academia interaction. The details of the same would be announced later.

Review Process for Selec�on of Papers: Double Blind Review

i. All submissions must be in English only.

ii. Abstract should not contain more than 250 words. Provide upto 10 key words. Also, �tle, name of author(s),

and organisa�on/ins�tu�on must be clearly indicated.

iii. Length of the Papers must not be longer than 15 pages including including the �tle page, main body, tables,

figures and references. It should maintain 1.5 line spacing throughout.

iv. Font to be used for the Title of the paper in the Title page should be in capital le�ers, centred, bold, and Times

New Roman 14-point font.

v. The font to be used for the Abstract and Main Body of the Paper should be Times New Roman 12-point font.

vi. The page size should be A4 forma�ng. 2.5cm margins should be used on all sides (le�, right, top, bo�om).

vii. References to other publica�ons must be in Harvard style and carefully checked for completeness, accuracy

and consistency. Legal cita�ons may be in Bluebook style.
