Congratulations continued * Chrislie Niehaus who passed her Royal Schools Flute Practical Exam with 75%.

* Peter & Jonathan Coffey who will be participating in a S.A. Ranking Surfing Contest in Buffelsbaai.

* Shaandré van Niekerk who was selected as a Provincial Judge to represent Eastern Cape at the South African

Zone Gymnastic Nationals in Cape Town. She will also be competing in the S.A. Gymnastic Games in Cape Town in October.

* Caitlin Gouws who was chosen for the E.P. Ladies A Hockey Team to play in Pietermartizburg.

* Herman Junius wat aan die SASCA (Kickboxing)-Kampioenskappe deelgeneem het en ’n Goue Medalje in die "Tag Team Event"

* Mikaila Kliment who was selected to compete in the u/18 Ladies Open Kumite Division at the Africa Open Karate event in October. She

was also selected as the Captain of the Ladies' Team.

* Tumi Tsita was invited to take part in the Applause Rising Talent Showcase Convention in Orlando, Florida in June 2014 and was

awarded a scholarship to attend a 4-week Summer Programme at the NYCDA (Albany Talent and New York Conservatory for Dramatic

Arts) and was offered a lead role in the production "Middle School Madness" next year.

* Simone Upman & Mikaila Kliment who represented Eastern Province at the u/18B Interprovincial Hockey Tournament in Bloemfontein

where they were members of the team that was awarded a Gold Medal.

* Lisa Venter, Courtney Shaw & Munro Ferreira who were awarded Provincial Colours for Biathlon.

* Gareth Wickens, Nicola Verwey, Camryn Riddle & Munro Ferreira who were selected for the Metro Cross Country Team to attend the

Eastern Cape Trials in Bizana.

* Mieke Struwig, Emma Finestone, Sili Tukani, Pumela Sizani & Tinus Loots who achieved above 70% in the World Knowledge

Olympiad. Congratulations also to Bella Finestone (Grade 8) who achieved the second highest marks in the Eastern Cape.

* Ms Rossouw and the Interact Committee on a very successful Interact Induction Dinner.

* Mr van den Berg, Andre de Jager, Tinus Loots & Pumela Sizani who made it through to the National School Quiz Championship to

be held in Gauteng in December.

* Ilze-Mari Visser, (alto Saxophone) who won a Gold Certificate & Crystal Leonard who won a double Gold Certificate and a Silver Medal

in the Woodwind Section of the Woodridge College Knock on Wood Festival.
