of the United States. In Section 1, you will use maps to review the

geographical features of the U.S. In Sections 2 and 3, you will review

highlights of the geography and history of each U.S. region. The review will

assist you in remembering key facts and information about the U.S.

ObjectivesRead these objectives. The objectives tell you what you will be able to do when you have successfully completed this LIFEPAC. Each section will list according to the numbers below what objectives will be met in that section. When you have finished this LIFEPAC, you should be able to:

1. Locate places and features you have studied on a map and name the state(s) where they are located.

2. In a short statement, describe each of the regions you have studied this year.

3. Recall the history and settlement of each U.S. region.4. Identify the work of some well-known U.S. citizens.
