• If requested by PJ Dick, Limbach will provide “LEAN Boot Camp” training sessions to other subcontractors.

• Project planning for material storage and handling that seeks to maintain jobsite crew productivity and workflow, including offsite fabrication - key to high rise construction logistics.

• Working with PJ Dick, establish collaborative pull planning sessions, weekly planning and daily huddles to ensure the levels of communication remain high and obstacles are removed from the path of the installation crews.

• Peer Reviewed project plans to leverage the collective knowledge of the entire Limbach organization.
