The latest technology of BIM and 3D coordination allows Limbach to configure ceiling spaces and utility risers into offsite assemblies.

MANUFACTURED

With the help of our technology partner, MEP Solutions, Limbach has the capability to manufacture within our shops or in temporary project specific factories.

INSTALLED

Just in time delivery and careful planning is required to gain all of the scheduling advantages of offsite construction. Limbach and MEP Solutions have the experience to maximize the benefits of offsite construction.

Multi-service distribution racks are manufactured in a controlled environment. Work typically done at height is performed by workers at floor level, eliminating hours of exposure to risk of falls. Distribution racks can either be horizontal as in the case of corridor racks or vertical as in the case of riser distribution systems.
