Second calling party stated that her and the involved male

have been in an altercation which started out verbal but

then turned physical. RP states that she was struck twice in

the face by her husband. RP states that her lip was bleeding

and that both involved parties had been drinking. Units

advised.

Narrative:

1st RP called stating his wife was "on some combative shit"

and that she was trying to remove items from the residence

and "coming at" him. He stated nothing physical occurred,

and that "EC" had witnessed the full events of the night.

Throughout the first portion of the call the female party

was clearly audible shouting in the background. RP stated

both he and his wife had had a significant amount to drink

and had used marijuana. Upon the RP stating to his wife

that he was on the phone with the police, he then advised

dispatch that she was calling the police as well to claim

that he had struck her. See Disp. Downer's narrative for

the 2nd RP's call.

RP states there is a car (occupied by 4-5 people)parked at

pump #4, and a female keeps getting out of the car trying to

get money from other patrons in the store/parking lot. RP

states the female said she needed money for gas, inquired as

to where a Western Union was, and that the clerk told her

the car has been there for "a while". Description of car -

Silver Audi with VT plates, unsure if plate number given is

exact, and the license plate is bent. RP described the

female as - WF, dark hair, 5'4" -5'5", wearing jeans and red

heels. RP would like to remain anonymous, but I was able to

obtain a call back number for any questions.
