Narrative: Spoke with RP who had been sitting in her vehicle parked outside Main Street Bar and Grille. DPW plow truck went by RP stated the truck struck her vehicle, moving and shaking it. RP's vehicle had no damage, believed to be snow that hit the vehicle and not the actual truck based upon the location of the plow marks. Spoke with DPW worker and advised of complaint. RP was satisfied with outcome as there was no damage to her vehicle, nothing further needed.

Narrative: Officers arrived on scene to find an agitated child. Child had been harming himself and Crisis and parent determined that he required transportation to FMC. BHA facilitated. Father proceeded to FMC to await ambulance. Counselor were advised that in the future, if they have a agitated or violent child, they need to clear the area of all dangerous objects, in this case, scissors were found laying in front of the child and on a kitchen table.

Narrative: 10 year old was sitting at table upon our arrival. Became very upset when he observed us come into the room. Father requested to staff that the child be taken to FMC. BHA transported him without incident. See 132's OF for more info.
