Narrative: Located Daughter who is being protected by a 209a no contact order which was served this past weekend. She reports ongoing and persistent phone calls from the person who is not supposes to be contacting her.

Narrative: RP called back stating he just got a new cell phone that very easily dials emergency number. He did not realize that he pocketdialed 911. He is currently at work at Big Y.

Narrative: Checked 44 Smith street and confirmed that we were not in the correct area by sounding the siren which did not result in sound transmission on the phone call. Dispatch then informed that the call was Mapping to The Home Depot Plaza, then the phone call mapped to outside our jurisdiction.

Same declared that he was going to get friends and "take care of it" himself if we did not immediately respond and arrest the two parties in the truck.

Narrative: Could not locate reporting party. Spoke with involved party who explained that the argument stems from the reporting party's belief that the involved party gave his current girlfriend a cigarette. The involved party denies this allegation. The reporting party left the area driving a dark colored Haab with a tan pit bull in it. The involved party was advised to call police if there should be another confrontation.

Narrative: RP called back stating that he has not seen officers in the area yet to talk to his neighbors about them harassing him. Narrative: Spoke with RP, who reported m/v crash - minor damage no injuries. RP in Veh#2 reported being EB on Mohawk Trail through S.Shelburne Rd / River St intersection, as Veh#1 was WB to intersection and made left turn (SB) in front of him colliding with his vehicle and continued SB. Veh#2 sustained minor damage (scrapes) to Pass side front bumper. RP reported Veh#1 sustained Pass side side towards rear damage (scrapes) and unsure if oper was aware of contact.Witness called in Veh#1 plate info and that vehicle drove on to River then Laurel St, then back through intersection, and up to Comcast lot on Solon St.Should be noted that RP was a significant distance down S.Shelburne Rd when I took report.I provided RP with Veh#1 info. Crash under invesigation.
