Worksheet: Dairy Snap * Revise the ve food groups with the learners and work out which food group yoghurt and milk t into. Notice how they follow the instructions when they play
Expanded opportunitiesAs an extra activity make some 3D fruit with the class. These can be hung across the room on a string. You will need:Construction or sti paper or cardboardScissorsCrayons, paint or markersStringGlue (or a stapler)Fold a piece of construction paper in half and draw the outline half of a fruit on it around the fold line. Cut along the line. Using the nished fruit as a template, cut two more exactly like it. Slit the fruit halfway up the fold line so that the pieces t together. Colour them in. Each fruit will have two pieces running at an angle to give the 3D e ect. This makes a very attractive room display

Dairy snap
Dairy products are healthy for you. Colour in your cards using a di erent colour
background for each type of dairy food. Play the Dairy Snap Game with a partner.
Paste your worksheet on to construction paper and cut out the cards. Shu e the
cards and deal the cards out equally between you and your partner. Each players
should keep their dealt cards in a face down pile in front of them. Each player then
picks the top card of their facedown deck, and places it upright beside their other
cards. This goes on until a matching pair is created, and when this happens the rst
to yell out “snap” and description of the card, wins.
