DIET COMPARATION:-My diet at week days is as healthy as the pyramid.-I have a lot of fruit, vegetables , milk, etc. And this kind of food is healthier than junk food.-But at weekends my diet is less healthy than the pyramid because I have hot dogs, hamburgers, ice-creams,chips, pizzas,pop corn and coke.-This kind of food has more fat than the food I eat at weekdays.

A balanced and healthy diet for me and my family:

-We should have milk, cheese, yogurt or some butter every day.-We should eat vegetables four or five times a week.-We should eat two pieces of fruit every day.-We should eat pulse twice a week.-We should have some bread and other cereals every day.-We should cook with olive oil.-We should eat meat, fish or eggs every day.-We shouldn’t eat too much fat and sugar.
