Mr. Gogulski is a skilled manager with a broad range of disciplinesrelating to the construction industry. He led teams in the delivery ofsignificant projects for Disney, General Electric, New York City Transit,and Teradyne. He completed construction of over 3,000 residential unitsin four states as CEO of Drexcon, a Dallas based general contractor.He is thoroughly familiar with all phases of general contracting,architect/engineering supervision, and construction claims. He helpedresolve hundreds of cases in litigation throughout the country andoverseas. Ralph M Parsons evaluated his performance as “outstanding”for his management of two contracts at Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. Heconducted seminars on the construction claims process at Abu Dhabi,Jeddah and New York.

Starting in the Planning and Estimating Department of Bechtel’sRefinery Division in San Francisco, Mr. Gogulski grew in progressivelymore responsible steps to Project Manager and Vice President withgeneral contractors. He joined General Electric as ResidentConstruction Manager with responsibility for construction of sixindustrial projects on the east coast. Recruited by his former GEsupervisor, he was employed by Disney to oversee design andconstruction of Disney’s Contemporary Resort Hotel at DisneyWorld,Orlando, Florida.

His passion for construction and achievements in management hasbeen recognized by the American Society of Civil Engineers as wellas his employers. Not wishing to lose this base of knowledge, Mr.Gogulski formed Gogulski & Associates Inc. to provide solutions to

some of industry’s most challenging problems. His record forsettlement on claims and defects has few equals. He has lectured askeynote speaker for the Association of General Contractors and theIndustrial Development Research Council. The American Society of CivilEngineer’s awarded him a Certificate of Appreciation and $1,000 for hiscontribution to their Millennium Project in1999, and two of his articleswere featured in McGraw-Hill’s Engineering News Record.
