Often people send mail to a wrong id or incomplete mail accidentally. By default there is not option to cancel or bring the mail back. But you can insert or activate the cancel feature of Gmail while you want to withdraw the mail you already sent. This presentation will also focus on a feature through which you can see the preview of mails in inbox. You have to enable the option for preview and set the Gmail pan according to that way. How to undo a Gmail send and preview
emails
This presentation will show you two exciting features of Gmail. In one you could cancel or undo a sent email, and in another you could watch the preview
of emails in your inbox.
First Login your Gmail account then Click this Gear Button
Click Settings
Click the “Labs” Button
Locate the “Undo Send” option and then
click the “Enable” radio button
Click “Save Changes”
Whenever you will send a mail this message will come. If you want to
cancel the send operation just click the “Undo” link.
If you click the “Undo” option you will soon receive a email message
like this. This will confirm the failure of the message sent
operation.
To see the preview of inbox mail go the Labs section by click the Gear Icon -> Settings-> Laps. Now locate the” Preview Pane” and click the
“Enable” radio button
Now locate this Button and Click the down
arrow. From the menu click the “Vertical Split”
Now look at the Email and preview for each mail. Watch Preview
