▸ Síndrome de baja frecuencia causada por una anormal proliferación y migración de células endoteliales sobre las estructuras del ángulo y superficie iridiada
▸ Se asocia a glaucoma entre un 50 a 80% de los casos
▸ Más frecuente en mujeres , edad media.
▸ Etiología; desconocida, asociación viral familia herpes (VHS, VEB)

MANEJO▸ Médico; sin buenos resultados.
▸ LASER; inefectivo
▸ TEC; éxito de un 60 a 70% en 1 año, 29% a 5 años. Endotelización y acumulación de MB anómala en ostium y ampolla.
▸ Válvulas; primera opción en este tipo de glaucoma. éxito de 70% a 1 año y 53% a 5 años. En caso de obstrucción se puede considerar inserción en surco, en para plana (Pseudofaquicos)
