GENERAL PURPORT OR EFFECT OF THE ABOVEMENTIONED STATUTORY RULES
(1) Proclamation under section 2 of the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Amendment Act 2013
This proclamation fixes 1 October 2016 as the day on which sections 10, 38, 40 and 44 of the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Amendment Act 2013 commence.
(2) Marine Farming Planning Regulations 2016These regulations –
(a) prescribe fees and charges for the purposes of the Marine Farming Planning Act 1995; and
(b) provide for the remission, or exemption from payment, of those fees and charges; and
(c) prescribe offences for which infringement notices may be issued; and
(d) prescribe penalties for those offences; and
(e) are made consequent on the repeal of the Marine Farming Planning Regulations 2006 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
