Her Master's Degree inVoice was earned at the Indiana University School ofMusic. She is a founder and Vice President of theBoard of Musical Repertory Theatre, Inc. of PaloAlto.

GLADIE TUSCHER - Natalie, Baroness PopoffAppearing for the first time with WVLO, Gladie hasconcentrated her recent singing endeavors to theAversente Chorale and the Saratoga Singers. Sheholds a degree in Music from Northern State Collegein South Dakota. She is currently attending WestValley College and lives in San Josewith her husbandand two children.

DON THIBAULT - Prince DaniloThis role marks Den's debut in local theatricalproductions, but he is well-known in many of thepopular night spots in the Bay Area. A native ofMassachusetts, he "discovered" California during hisArmy enlistment and moved to Los Gatos 3 yearsago. While serving in the Army, he sang in USO andMilitary Clubs in the States and in Vietnam .

TOM HORTI - NishIf this performer is not familar to you, then YOU aremaking your debut in a WVLO audience for this isTom's tenth production, his most recent being asHeinz in "Pajama Game". He has also appearedlocally in "Carnival", and "Man of La Mancha". Hehas been employed at Lockheed for the past 15 yearswhere he is presently a designer of computer systems.He lives in San Jose with his wife, Hazel (also aveteran performer in the area), and his two sons.

TED KOROSY - Capt. Pierre de JolidonTed comes to us from Redwood City to perform inthis, his second WVLO production, his first being"The Student Prince". His experience includesleading and supporting roles in Eastern productionsof "Chocolate Sold ier", "Pajama Game", "SouthPacific", "New Moon", and several others. Ted ismarried, has three children and operates a dentallaboratory in Redwood City.

JIM COPELAND - General NovikovichJim attended the University of Miami and gained hisstage experience in the Southeast in such plays as"Dark of the Moon", "Rope", "Lady in the Dark",etc. Locally, he has been seen in the Santa ClaraPlayer's production of "Mary, Mary" and areamelodramas. This is Jim's first appearance withWVLO and we hope there will be many more in thenear future.

DAVE RAY-Chevalier St. BriocheNew to West Valley Light Opera, Dave is a familiarface to local theater-goers. A former night club singer,he has held leads in several operettas and musicalcomedies: "King & I", "Annie Get Your Gun","Carnival", "Cabaret", "Kiss Me Kate" and otherstoo numerous to mention.
