What might a CSU include?

• Contracts – 1 Specialist team per provider to consolidate Consortia Commissioning Intentions.

• Berkshire wide Informatics framework – supporting commissioning, contracting, planning, reporting

• BSS services – CSU infrastructure, CSU Transaction processes, Procurement services, GP Premises, GP IT.

• Primary Care Agency
