About Fiinovation
Fiinovation, a research based organization is an integrated solution enabler in the corporate social responsibility
(CSR) and sustainability domain. It is focused towards enhancing quality across organizational value chain through
meaningful innovation, thereby ensuring sustainability. Over the last six years, the organization has created a niche
for itself through its extensive work in the corporate social responsibility arena. It has been helping corporations as
well as civil society organization (CSOs) engage in value based CSR initiatives by aligning the objectives of

Fiinovation laid its foundation in the year 2008 and since then has achieved phenomenal growth across India in
terms of their service deliveries. The organization functions primarily through seven different practices namely, CSR-
CSO partnership, initiative design, initiative management, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, CSR
portfolio management and sustainability reporting and work with leaders from Healthcare, Information Technology
and Banking. The work is facilitated by a multidisciplinary team which helps understand and identify the core
problem/challenge and facilitate designing of comprehensive policies. Fiinovation understands the relevance of an
effective CSR policy for an organization, which serves as a strategic driver that allows dovetailing of important
components of business ethics, sustainability and effective communications for the stakeholders.

Scope of Position:
The Manager will establish network with Corporations /Donor agencies (multilateral, bilateral, unilateral, corporations
involved in CSRs, PSUs and other Government Institutions) for the CSR /Social Development Projects / Practices.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and acquiring new business partnerships with Corporations / Govt.
Departments/ Unilaterals /Multilaterals/PSUs for Programmes / Projects Operations Management in the
Social Development Sector.
Establishing, building, leveraging and sustaining network/contacts and partnerships with corporations and
their Directors/ CSR Departments/Committees/Heads.
Locate or propose potential opportunities for partnership for diversified practices and converting them to
possible leads for Business partnerships.
Review, Analyze, Develop, Plan, negotiate strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture
with company strategies and operations and should facilitate corporate engagements.
Understanding the requirements for the Clients and defining the scope of work, plans & budgeting, Respond
to EOI and RFP, submissions and necessary follow up with CSRs/Govt/
unilaterals/bilaterals/multilaterals/PSU
Evaluating the scope for enhancement of existing business.
Helping close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
integrating contract requirements with business operations and should facilitate corporate engagements.
Maintain & Organize regular activity reports / MIS / Progress/Status reports on the set objectives / goals.
Representing the organization at various platforms.
Advice on innovative solutions and strategies for engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Development sector/Corporate professional with minimum 3-6 years of experience in Corporate Partnership
& relationship building.
Has a track record of engagements and project acquisition, profiles who have worked in the social
development/CSR sector will be an aided advantage.
Has extensive networking coverage with any of the following: Govt agencies/unilaterals/
bilaterals/multilaterals/PSUs/CSRs/Corporations
