Fiinovation, a research based organization is an integrated solution enabler in the corporate social responsibility

(CSR) and sustainability domain. It is focused towards enhancing quality across organizational value chain through

meaningful innovation, thereby ensuring sustainability. Over the last six years, the organization has created a niche

for itself through its extensive work in the corporate social responsibility arena. It has been helping corporations as

The organization is proud to have Asia's first proposal research laboratory wherein research is focused primarily on

four sectors, which include Health, Education, Livelihood and Environment. The state of the art proposal research

laboratory facilitates the researchers in conducting both primary as well as secondary research before initiating an

assignment, identifying opportunities and providing simplified solutions. Thorough analysis, using scientific and

rational tools and a dedicated team of sectoral experts, make the work more effective and result oriented.

Sustainability road maps, which are charted out during a programme design intervention, feed into the larger goal of

sustainability for the partner corporations.

Fiinovation laid its foundation in the year 2008 and since then has achieved phenomenal growth across India in

terms of their service deliveries. The organization functions primarily through seven different practices namely, CSR-

CSO partnership, initiative design, initiative management, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, CSR

portfolio management and sustainability reporting and work with leaders from Healthcare, Information Technology

and Banking. The work is facilitated by a multidisciplinary team which helps understand and identify the core

problem/challenge and facilitate designing of comprehensive policies. Fiinovation understands the relevance of an

effective CSR policy for an organization, which serves as a strategic driver that allows dovetailing of important

components of business ethics, sustainability and effective communications for the stakeholders.

Profile Name: Manager (Project Acquisition)

Scope of Position:

The Manager will establish network and acquire business from agencies (multilateral, bilateral, unilateral and other

Government Institutions).

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and acquiring new business partnerships w.r.t. development projects from

Government/Governmental Departments/Unilaterals/Bilaterals/Multilaterals

Establish point of contacts and approach Client w.r.t. business acquisition. Attending meetings & giving

presentation

Building, leveraging and sustaining network partnerships, contacts and networking

Research, locate or propose potential opportunities of engagements and converting them to possible leads

for Business partnerships

Understand the scope of work and propose services, Develop, liaison, negotiate, strategies and positions

by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations and should facilitate

corporate engagements

Developing and preparing proposals/concept notes that respond to Requests for Proposals

(RFPs)/Expression of Interests (EoIs)

Networking with Government agencies/unilaterals/bilaterals/multilaterals. Maintaining and organizing

documents and communication with the clients

Evaluating the scope for enhancement of existing business

Negotiate contracts, agreements and provisions

Helping close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;

integrating contract requirements with business operations

Co-ordination with the other departments for the requirements

Developing strategies and alternative feasible solutions for the process

Desired Candidate Profile:

Business acquisition professionals from Development Sector/Corporate professional with minimum 04-06

years of experience with multi-laterals

Dynamic and versatile attributes to attain and acquire projects and partnerships.

Has worked on project acquisition and partnership building for Projects. Building strategies to execute and

attain the objectives.

Has experience working with Govt. Agencies/unilaterals/bilaterals/multilaterals and has extensive

networking coverage with them.

Prospecting Skills, Market Knowledge, Presentation and Communication Skills, Energy Level, Professionalism.

The position being a senior and a highly responsible one entails extensive travelling and interactions and strict

deadlines to be adhered to.
