The City may also consider the following:
o â Goffiponent to the requested holding provision that would require allor a portion of the Maximum Ecological Buffer lands to be rezoned toan Open Space (OS5) Zone lf recommended by an EIS accepted bythe City; and,
. the application of other holding provisions to address urban design,noise, traffic impact, detailed geotechnical studies, storm/drainageand stormwater servicing, archaeological assessment, and treepreservation in the development area.
An Environmental lmpact Study (Natural Resource Solutions lnc., February2013) has þeen completed for this application. A plan illustrating the
