金湖龙牌水车式增氧机在2009年7月经国家渔业机械仪器质量监督检验中心

检测，全部九项指标均符合行业标准SC／T6017—1999所规定的要求，其中增

氧能力2.59 kg／h，高出标准要求36.3％，动力效率1.71kg/kW.h，高出标准要

求36.8％，本公司生产的水车式增氧机在高位池养殖中底部排污效果显著 (排水深

度2~2.5m)。

Tested by the China National Fisheries Machinery and Instrument Quality

Supervision and Inspection Center in July 2009, all nine parameters show that

Jinhulong paddle wheel aerator has proved to meet the requirement of industrial

standard SC/T6017-1999, including oxygen transfer rate at 2.59kg/h, surpassing

the standard 36.3%, power efficiency at 1.71kg/k.W.h, surpassing the standard

36.8%. All test results show our paddle wheel aerator will make significant effect

on sewage discharging at the bottom of the semi-intensive and intensive ponds.

柴油机驱动多叶轮水车式增氧机系金湖龙公司专为缺电地区水产养殖而研制的多

叶轮增氧机。该机采用小型柴油机为动力源，通过减速箱变速，带动10~16套水车叶

轮泼水，驱使水体流动，溶入氧气，分解有害物质，改善池塘水质，是水产养殖

户的好帮手。

柴油机驱动多叶轮水车式增氧机主动力部分安放在塘基上，通过万向节将动力

传递至旋转轴上，带动叶轮工作，叶轮工作速度在100~130转/分钟时效果更佳。

柴油机选用8~12匹小型机，该增氧机起动轻巧、省油实用，拨水力强，增氧

效果显著，尤其适合池塘面积较宽较大的养殖户使用。

Surge aerator of simple and light design has the biggest advantage of power saving. Being different from impeller and paddle wheel aerators, its aeration

principle lies in the unique flower-shaped spiral impeller fit with the unique float-bowl design, which can make the output water erupted upward to create a

certain area of the water body like boiling water and surge, thereby increasing the water contact with the air during eruption to enhance the dissolved oxygen

in the water. Secondly, the water goes around the motor and the reducer, allowing long hours’ running thanks to optimum water cooling, so as to eliminate

problems like being burnt out, increased current and overheating after the long time running. This aerator can operate normally at the low voltage of 300~350V.

Wave-making function: strong waving function greatly increases contact area between water and air. And through such ways as aeration, air contact

and algae photosynthesis, ultraviolet radiation, it allows to increase the oxygen-carrying capacity, improve the water quality and reduce the sewage discharge.

Water lifting capacity: with strong power of lifting water (to life the bottom water to the surface and spread it along the water surface), it effectively

reduces the content of such harmful substances and gases as ammonia chloride, nitrite, hydrogen sulfide, colibacillus, so as to improve quality of the pond

sediment and inhibit pollution to the water body.

下2~3厘米；

5、严禁在无水的环境下空转；本产品

6、严禁在水深低于30厘米水体及淤泥、沙泥、铁屑多的水体中使用；

7、若出现故障不能工作，需先切断电源后联系售后，切勿自行拆开；

8、如使用水体恶劣，需定期清理本产品进水孔、筒柱及滤网；

9、本产品再次启动时，需检查电机是否运转，诱虫灯是否发光；

10、苗种池严禁使用本设备；

11、采集过程中将本产品提起前需切断电源。

排灌增氧浮式水泵，由浮式水泵和增氧喷头组成。

装上喷头能增氧，拆去喷头又可作农田排溉用，两种功

能的转换无需任何工具。悬浮于水中的浮水泵吸入下层

贫氧水，从喷头喷出形成喷泉急速射向空中，分散成大

小不等的水滴，与空气充分接触，增加溶解氧，落回鱼

池，在水面形成一圈“暴雨”，冲击水面，产生较好的

增氧效果。


This pump is composed of floating pump and aeration nozzle. It is both available for aeration by fitting the nozzle and farmland irrigation and drainage

by dismantling the nozzle, such conversion between the two functions can be done without any tool. The floating pump suspended in the water draws the

oxygen-depleted water at the lower level, and spray it from the nozzle upward into the sky rapidly, which forms a fountain and is dispersed into droplets of

varying sizes in contact with the air to increase dissolved oxygen, and then falls back to the fish pond to form a circle of “torrential rain” impacting the

water surface to achieve better aeration.
