NOTAM Manager is a web based application so no new software needs to be installed on your

computers

Enables cancelled and/or active NOTAMS to be faxed or emailed. Emails and faxes can be sent to either an individual or group

User Administration – NOTAM Archive Report Enables user to request archived NOTAMS for the past year.

This report can be both viewed and saved as an Excel Spreadsheet.

Keywords are located on the left side of the screen. The number of Active and Draft NOTAMs associated with the Keyword is displayed.

When ALL is highlighted, every NOTAM for the Airport will be displayed. If you only want to view Runway NOTAMs, highlight runway and all other

NOTAMs will be filtered out.

Status Area - Shows the status of all NOTAMs displayed in the NOTAM Summary Pane

Dropdown Menu, then highlight Closure.

Entering a Free Form NOTAM

In the event that a NOTAM has to be issued and there is not a scenario available in the drop down menu that covers the situation, there is an option available that is called Free Form.

This allows you to type the NOTAM in a Free Form format. When you Submit the NOTAM, it is routed to Flight Service to be processed using the Legacy System.

When using this option, you must select a key word and then select Free Form in the Scenario window.

View Change Log - When a NOTAM in the NOTAM Summary Pane is highlighted, all actions that have taken place concerning that particular NOTAM will be displayed. This includes date, time, the activity that took

place, identification of the Issuer and any airport specific requirements/comments.
