FCMAT Response & Preparation
• To best prepare for next year’s FCMAT audit, we have developed a process to:– Proactively map our activities to FCMAT standards– Monitor progress against standards– Communicate our activities and progress
• A new monitoring tool will:– Show FCMAT standards and state controller audit findings– Prioritize how standards will be addressed– Demonstrate alignment of Expect Success! and other
initiatives with those standards

• State Administrator one-on-one check-in meetings with Leads every 2 months
– Review status report– Address gaps/concerns
Ongoing monitoring (Dec.-June)
