Planner, Event Designer, Stylist and the Owner of

Fabulously Wed. And I love weddings.

Well... to say that I love weddings would be a HUGE

understatement. I love all things pretty. I am in heaven

when I am surrounded by textures and fabrics. I live to

create atmospheres and to transform spaces. I get all

giddy inside when your guests are intrigued by the

details of your wedding design. But most of all I can

never get enough of the joining of two souls, the

romance of it all, the overabundance of joy that is

shared with family and friends.

OK, OK... I'll admit it! I simply LOVE love. Every little bitty

part of it. Every couple is special to me. I haven't

worked with a client I didn't adore and I haven't styled

a wedding I didn't fall in love with.

SO WHAT IS AN EVENT DESIGNER, ANYWAY? A designer's goal is impact. Her job is to conceptualize

and articulate your desired vision that speaks to who

you are as a couple and communicates that to your

guests through the use of flowers, linens, props and

more. From your wedding dress, to your cake on down

to the napkins and favors on the table, each element is

carefully selected to bring a cohesive look together

that personalizes your wedding.

WHAT I DO... I especially enjoy working with couples who are open to new and amazing ideas and concepts. I love

getting to know you. So we will chat... Who are you? What do you enjoy? What do you love about life? How

did you meet? What is your ideal vacation spot? Which band rocks your socks? Where do you buy your

clothes? What are you passionate about? Tell me more, tell me more! Then I take all of these fantastic tidbits

of you and transform them into a unique and personal look for your wedding. It's so much fun to learn who

you both are, to shape and mold your different styles and marry them into one cohesive look that exemplifies

who you are as a couple. No stone goes unturned. It is my job to be sure we tantalize the 5 senses of your

guests; from sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell. You and I will work together to be sure that each and every

From the very beginning stages of planning through the send-off at the close of your celebration, we work

with you to plan and design your wedding. There are no limits to what we can create together.

We make wedding planning a pleasure with our Signature Six-Step Wedding Planning System. This system

has been proven on all our clients, so we know it will work to create your dream wedding too! We plan

and design each and every wedding according to this system to take the stress off of you. And the most

amazing part of it al is that you don’t have to do this alone.

1. GET REAL Getting real with your wedding budget and your guest list is a must. This is the foundation to planning a

successful wedding. We will discuss the money you have allotted for your wedding and customize your

wedding around this budget. You will learn how to get more bang for your buck, no matter what the

dollar figure is. We do not make more money when you spend more money, so our goal is to get you to

work smarter not harder! We will also work to organize a realistic guest list and share our fool proof

managing tool. If you do this right once, you will save yourself a lot of time and heartache!

2. GET FOCUS We will discuss your expectations for your wedding. This will allow you to understand what’s truly involved

in planning your dream wedding and get focused on your priorities, then put it on paper. This wedding

blueprint will allow us to focus on one fabulous wedding element at a time to get things done efficiently

5. GET GLAM! You are the star of your wedding so we have to make sure you look fabulous! We will work closely with

you to help you select your wedding attire and accessories. We will help you in selecting the perfect

dress (and tux for the gents) that compliments YOU, choosing the best hair and makeup and my favorite

It starts with communication between Fabulously Wed and the client. No magic dust

needed. No crazy hoops to jump through {unless you challenge us to a hula hoop

match, which we will gladly partake in}.

PHASE ONE: CONCEPTUALIZATION

The design inspiration begins with you, the client. We will then look to the venue, the

season, the guest experience, the budget {because let's face it, you can't have an

event without a budget}, the colors, and your story. YOUR STORY! Your story is what

makes your event stand out from all the others. There are only so many colors and

venues and flowers in the world. But there is only one YOU. And Tami is a master at

pulling inspiration from who you are as individuals and as a couple.

PHASE TWO: THE THREADS

Tami takes all of the wonderful photos and notes and ideas from your meeting and

begins pulling together the details. The motifs, elements, and design "threads" to

weave together your amazing story, bringing it one step closer to reality. From flowers,

to linens, to invitation suites...every detail is thoughtfully selected. This also includes

locating the right vendors to partner with in bringing your story to life.

PHASE THREE: THE TAPESTRY

We create all of your floral designs in-house, we will either design or work with a

designer to create your stationery, we provide your linens, we manage the lighting

specialists, we work in concert with your cake designer and baker to select amazing

dessert options, and we handle everything that is part of the overall aesthetic of your

event, including decor through sight, sound, smell, touch, and tastes.


Do you have a gazillion ideas? Are you addicted to Pinterest but then find yourself overwhelmed

with how to put it all together? This is where we come in. It starts with a consultation. It’s truly that

simple.

At the consultation, we will learn all about you and your fiancé, your personalities and your style.

We will refer extensively to our library of event design and floral design books. And we will have

fun pulling out fabric swatches, paper designs and color palettes to begin creating and

developing your vision. We will work with you to create an inspiration board that fits your style.

And we will take that to develop the concept for your stationery, seating cards, centerpieces,

ceremony design and more to ensure you have a cohesive look that represents who you are as

a couple. We have an extensive network of resources to curate a list of event professionals that

fit your style. And we will be onsite to install and tear down all of your fabulous little details, so

you won't have to worry about a single thing!
