was acquired where allcontrol units and electronic accessories are designed and produced.
1990• FAAC SA was set up
(Spain).

• Acquisition of Genius, specialized in manufacturing ofelectromechanicalautomation.
1996• The CAD 3D with
software PRO and T3 was introduced (amongthe first companies in Italy).
1999• Acquisition of Spazio Italia,
company specialized in pedestrian access control
2000• FAAC created the first
miniaturised transmitter.
2002• The subsidiaries in Poland,
Scandinavia, Benelux and Shanghai entered the FAAC Group.
• Acquisition of Voltec (FRA), specialized in automatedsystems for window shutters.
