InvestigationAt this stage, I created a keynote with the name which is “Investigation- Doyoung 8.3”. I wrote down the project brief which contains problem. The problem is that our school doesn’t have enough students. To get students, we need to advertise our school to people who don’t attend our school. I wrote the time is given, area of interaction which is human ingenuity, specification and limitation, client and unit question. Our unit question is “how does advertising manipulate our actions?”. I started the investigation with an introduction. Then I made some interview questions to interview the parents who have children. I summarized the interview with a short paragraph. After that, I brain stormed for my product. The next stage was to do case studies. I made a chart to compare three schools with our school. Then I summarized it again. I made a specification table to plan my product. I wrote a summary of investigation stage and made bibliography by using the website, www.easybib.com

DesignIn the design stage, I just drew my ideas on the A4 papers to decide what to use for an advertisement. I drew six designs. The designs one and two are storyboards. The designs three and four are digital websites. The last two designs which are five and six are newspapers. After that, I made a design checklist to decide my final design. If I chose the storyboard, then I had to find many pictures. Also if I chose digital websites, then it would be little bit boring because this way is too common. Therefore, finally I decided to do newspapers. My final design became the design 6.

PlanOn the plan stage, I made gantt charts by using the charts that the teacher gave. There were three ways to show the steps. The First way is a gantt chart that displayed in a table. There are labels such as task one and two and on the left side, there are time which will be taken. The Second way was a bar graph. On the right side, there are names of the tasks and next to it, there are bars to see the time. The Third way was called “step by step”. I made eight squares and drew the processes of working on the product. After that, I wrote a summary of the plan stage.

Create

During this stage, I had to find many pictures and information of our school as many as possible. The reason being that, I had to use those for my newspaper. On the create stage, I put screenshots to show my work.

I think your newspaper looks very colorful and eye-catching. I like all of the images you put in your newspaper, It really makes it more interesting. But I think you might want to make some of the paragraphs shorter, because if its too long some students might not want to read it :) also I recommend you use only one or two fonts in your newspaper. But I really like the decoration and the template you used :) awesome!

I think the aesthetics of your design is great. You have quite a lot of info here but you don't say much about the school, like we use laptops for school. But overall its good.

Eun AhYou did really good job! I like your pictures and your design of your Newsletter. They are so awesome!

Also, you have really good information. Not really hard words, and easy to understand.

Nice organization

I think, who that doesn't want to read the information, like don't want to read, lazy to read for them it's little bit boring to read. they will feel that only want to see the pictures, not the information.

The Impacts To Society

Impacts on Society

My main material is a paper. To obtain a paper, should cut down the trees. If we cut down the trees too much then deforestation will occur. If it occurs, then flood, air pollution and etc will occur in the future.

Impact on the Environment

This is similar to the impact on the society. The reason is, impacts on the environment and impacts on the society are connected to each other. If we cut trees then it will cause deforestation.
