less than 2 weeks until what we promise to be your best journey

experience ever.

This is our third and the last delegates mailing of EuroXpro 2013.

We have included lots of information to enable you to prepare

adequately for this conference.

carefully as we set to address various issues related to your stay in

Important Dates And Deadlines :

EuroXpro 2013 : 11th – 17th April

ER-F Summit 2013 : 13th -15 th April

Pre Study Tour : 10th April

Post Study Tour : 17th-18th April

Cancellation Date : 20th March

All cancellations should be informed to CC team . Otherwise , delegates are obligated

to pay the cancellation fee. Cancellation fee : 200 €

DEADLINES :

All needed information should be delivered to CC team until 3rd of April . Otherwise ,

CC team is not charged to arrange pre accomodation and pick ups from airport.You

!!Attention!! : If you want to cancel your registiration you can do it

until 20th March. All delegates who approved from AI ; cancels the registiration after 20th March , have to pay the cancellation fee.

Late Registration Policy For Conference Fee:

If you want to apply EuroXpro 2013 as a delegate after 20th March, you will be

charged by late registration fee.[250+20(Damage Fee) 270 EUR]. This list can be

changed through the hotel capacity.

Are you ready to make a good start to EuroXpro’13?If your answer is yes, then this is your chance !Pre study tour is waiting for you to discover our beautiful city, İzmir.During the tour you will see historical parts of İzmir as well as night life. Morning: Saying “Hello” to İzmir with the mixture of sunshine and breath taking view! After strarting our tour, we will have a walk in

Kordon, a place located near seaside.you will feel the city’s waking up to the new day while enjoying the view.This will be

“once-in-lifetime” experience for you! When we finish walking ,Konak Pier ( an old shopping centre) will be welcoming us!

Afternoon:Enjoying your meal! Your lunch will be served near seaside on the view of Konak Clock Tower,which is our next destination.

Second half of the day will start by Clock Tower, the landmark of the city. Behind this place, Kemeraltı( an old bazaar, now it is an open bazaar) is waiting for you.This place is probably the most attractive place for most of the tourists since they can feel the Turkish hospitality here. Time to visit Agora Ancient City, which lies on the mountains.In this place you will forget on which century we are, and start living those years! *Dinner in free time(not included to fee) *Surprise! Post Study Tour :

17-18th of April/ price: 65 Euros

1st day:

After closing of the congress,the participants of Post Study Tour will be taken our hotel to have ou lunch, for a little res and get ready for the night!Pary during all night will be waiting for you to have more and more fun Party will be in the most famous Street in Kuşadası.Enjoy your night!

2nd day:

There is nothing better than a fresh start to a

new day with breakfast!While having your

breakfast, you will see the amazing view of

Kuşadası.When we start the econd day of the

Study Tour, Pigeon Island will be our first

stop.There is a historical castle located on the

island and it has the probably best view of the

city where you can have a lot of

pictures taken.Our bus will take us

from there and drop us to Virgin

Mary,wich is very important and holy

especially for Christians.After spending

some time in this remarkable place, we

will move towards Ephesus, where one

of the Seven Wonders of the World is

located inside, Celsus Library!You will

fall in love with this antique city and

never want to go back.But it is time to taste home made wines and see one of

the most beautiful and well known villages, Şirince!

!!Attention !!: GV will be held in public area . Please don’t serve your

national alcoholic beverages. Please seperate your GV materials from your

luggages because your luggage will be directly delivered to EuroXpro Hotel to

Kuşadası. And your GV materials will be delivered to GV area with Chief

Delegates .

Chief Delegates will leave earlier from the other delegates for GV preparetion.

If you’re a chief delegate and want to present your country at GV area. Please

contact with [email protected] until 25th March . Otherwise , you

won’t be able to delivered to GV area and present your country.

ER-F Summit :

Date: 13-15th April

Venue :Korumar Hote DeLuxe

Arrivals for ER-F Summit : 12nd April (All ER-F

Delegates should be in Izmir one day before the

conference start)

ER-F Delegates can participate the conference at

11th April and attend Gloal Village and Opening

Ceremony but the delegates who attends only ER-F

Summit need to leave at 15th of April .

If you’re arriving earlier please contact [email protected]. If you

come earlier and would like to stay at EuroXpro Venue ; please contact with

CC team . And the delegates who come earlier ; need to pay for the extra

nights.

In Izmir , all hostels with the best prices are located

at the same place. Basmane, There are many

Hostels, will be hosted for you. Moreover, We are

Attention : There

is a limited capacity (160 delegates max.) at hostels

which can be arranged earlier. If you fill the

information form earlier , you can be allocated to your

the DDl for informing CCs about dates.

How To Get There ?

If you came to Otogar, You should take a shuttle service which are coach companies

for going from otogar to Basmane.

If you came to Airport, CC team will be pick you up. However, If you don't need that,

You can take İZBAN from airport to Halkapınar Station. ( Our subway system name )

You should get off at Halkapinar and You will need to change your Subway. Other

system name is Metro, that system for the passenger who will go to Basmane.When

you arrive to Basmane, you have to go opposite of the train station.

Arrival-Departure :

Please fill the delegate info form as soon as you book your ticket. CC team is

responsible to provide your pick –ups between 9-11th April at 8 am and 11pm. If you

don’t will the form , CC team won’t be able to provide your pick up on time.

ATTENTION : When you land to airport , you will see an AIESEC desk . Our

CCs will be there to welcome you and guide you how to find the places where you

need to go.

Tıme Zone: Izmir’s time zone is GMT +2, so you might need to change the time on

your watch. Check this for the current time in Izmir

Clothes : Bring short sleeve T-shirts, cardigans & a light jacket, it’s sunny & hot

in the day, humid and a bit chilly at night
