SIEE Network planning and carrier selection strategy

• SIEE assign Security Tiers to carriers• SIEE define the Tiers. Each level goes a step further in the

security standards. • SIEE define the requirements per Tier, amended as this is

necessary• SIEE define per region/Country/New Release the required

Security Tier – That means, Only a carrier with Tier 1 Security can go to

countries that are defined as Tier 1 Country• Entire security is scoped to SIEE needs and wishes, and much

more flexible• Example to the right does not show Tier 0 => Highest Level of

Security on Project Basis (Guards / Escorts / Courier to retail / hand delivery / etc.) -> would normally not be active

Visibility – Owning the data

• Inbound supply chain data from SIEI (Descartes/SPRITE) => should have two way interface with Central able to access to data

• All SIE warehouses => need two way interface with Central access to data

• SAP BW/Click View for detailed analysis and standardised reporting

• WEB based front end platform for daily management and dashboard senior management
