Nutrition AnswersMany of you have questions about what to eat and how much. What is really healthy? Talk to a fitness center instructor to help you plan your healthier lifestyle changes.Remember, nutrition is a way of life, not just a diet. Small steps can create big changes.

Body CompositionWe all know how important it is to keep a check on our body fat because of heart disease and diabetes; just to name a couple. With just a 7 second test you can check your improvement with the “Body Fat Analyzer”. Ask a fitness center instructor for assistance.

Blood PressureReduce stress, eat smart, cut salt intake, and exercise; these are all ways to help lower blood pressure. The fitness room provides a self-testing blood pressure machine for your use. Ask a fitness center instructor for assistance.

Fitness AssessmentsThe fitness assessment is designed to educate individuals about their current level of fitness. Whether you are a beginner or advanced exerciser, testing at regular intervals will help keep you on track and allow you to see positive results. The test includes: Body Composition, Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility, Muscular Strength & Endurance.

Gift Certificates Give the gift of health! Gift certificates may be purchased for those special occasions or at any time during the year. Any fitness room program or group class session are available for certification. Ask a fitness room instructor for assistance.
