Raised the profile of equality and diversity in the workplace amongst the Lincolnshire business community which can be sustained through our established business networks and contacts.
Equipped owners, managers and employees to better understand equality and diversity within their individual roles and responsibilities within the workplace.
Ensured the role of equality and diversity is better understood by staff at Boston College and training partners who work daily with employers in the management of apprentices and other work based learners
Helped advance equality and diversity employers through the creation of new equality and diversity policies and associated staff training at 5 employers
Supported workforce cohesion for two employers through bespoke training for mangers and supervisors
