We note that some of these materials are classified and trust that theCommission will treat those materials in accordance with th e requiremen ts relating to theirclassification.We also are prepared to make Appendix D to the Bellows Report, which is classified an dresponsive to the first category of the Reque st, available for review by cleared C ommission staffat the Department this afternoon. The Department has substantial confidentiality interests in this
