Justin fell in love with Spanish delights during time living in Barcelona,where he learnt how to make authentic Paellas and many other local dishes.Food is such a big part of Spanish culture and Justin soonintroduced paella events once returning back to the UK and after much demandteamed up with local chef and long-time friend Matthew C Longfoot.

Matt, with his event catering experience, realised that bringing a touchof Spanish culture would be a great alternative to the regular set dining, hog roastsand buffet`s. Making paella in a true Spanish style entertains the guests whobecome part of the theatre, and can't wait to indulge in the first mouthful.Paella is also good value for money and makes sure everyone leaves feeling satisfied & special.

Our Service

Don Paella Ltd is a growing mobile catering company.Although the word `Paella` may sound limited in what we offer.That could not be more wrong. Paella is simply the nameof the pan not what is cooked in it. We can cook your favourite dishin the style of a paella, but most of the time people choosethe warmth & party experience that comes along side a paella.

Then help yourself to any choice of salad/s from our menu.

Once cooked. Your chosen food, is dished up into our very own bamboo wooden boats, with forks and napkins.We will then simply pack up, clean up and be on our way.

We will cook your chosen menu on site infront of youand your guests.

A 3 piece tapas canapé selection.Sautéed Padron peppers with sea salt.

Potato and pepper tortilla with Olive and aioli.Grilled asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon.

Main course seated at 8:45

A traditional paella cooked with diced chicken, pork & chorizotopped with a mixture of mussels, prawns & calamari.

A potato salad (Ensaladilla) to be served with the main course.Chorizo and butterbean cassoulet with baguette.

A vegetarian paella.

Dessert once main is cleared.Chorus & chocolate sauce

A choice of three tapas canapés which willbe chosen at the tasting.

Decide which of our main dishes from our menu you would like.Any choice of salad/s from our menu.

Choose one of our tasty deserts from our menu.After the menu is finalised a free tasting & consultation

will be arranged for the happy couple. A pdf copy of the Menu – Table plan – Time sheet to help

yourself and Don Paella manage andcommunicate all arrears of the catering with ease.

* A week before the day of the booking/wedding you will receive your menu, table plan & time sheetwhich will be managed and over seen by myself. Professional & qualified paella chefs along with happy,

professional & vibrant waiting staff who will execute the catering to perfection.

I will personal be on call from the second your bookingenquiry comes through, right up to the last plate is cleared.

Your own culinary wedding planner.

To make things easier we will let you have use of our fridge trailer for any beverages, cakes etc. you may like to store.

The waiting staff will meet and greet you at the champagne& canapé reception before escorting you to your tables

where you will be able to sit at your leisureto start the dining experience.

Once all food courses have been cleared,our waiting staff will then serve tea & coffee.

If cheese & biscuits have been chosenthey will be served too.
