In pursuance of Section 5(1) (2) and 19(1) of the Right toInformation Act, 2005 and in supersession of all previous orders onthe subject, the officers as mentioned in the attached list aredesignated as Assistant Central Public Information Officers(ACPIOs)/ Central Public Information Officers (CPIOs) andAppellate Authority for the Section/subjects mentioned against them.in the Office of Development Commissioner (Micro, Small andMedium Enterprises) with immediate effect. The Officersdesignated as ACPIOs would discharge their functions only in theabsence of the CPIO.
