By viewing your Degree Audit you can:
• Review academic requirements for your major/minor. • Track your progress based on completed and in-‐progress courses. • View notes in planner from past academic advising appointments. • Process a “what-‐if” in case you are thinking about changing your major or minor.
**You should always meet with your academic advisor to verify your degree audit and course requirements.**
1. Go to University’s Homepage: http://www.txstate.edu/ and click on CatsWeb.
2. Select “Students”.

3. On the Self-‐Service Page, select “Texas State Self-‐Service” or “Degree Audit” under the Academic Records
Tab.
4. Proceed to Login.
5. Once logged in, select “Student” from the Main Menu.
6. Select “Degree Audit” from Student Menu.
7. You will be directed to your Degree Audit where you can check your GPA, Major, and run “What If” reports.
8. Once you scroll down you will be able to view: completed and current classes, your grades, and pending requirements.
9. Select “Planner” to review notes from your past academic advising appointments.
10. Confirm major and additional information on your Degree Audit. Contact your PACE Academic Advisor if you have any questions or concerns.
