Dear colleagues and friends,On behalf of the Egyptian Society of Haematology (ESH), it is with greatest pleasure that I invite you to attend the 38th Conference held at Triumph Luxury Hotel, New Cairo, Egypt.

ESH prides itself on being one of Egypt’s oldest scientific organizations, not only in Haematology but in the whole medical field. In 2019, we were the first to adopt a new approach by reaching out to haematologists from all over Egyptian cities. The Scientific meetings held in Tanta and Zagazig have been a great success for which the board and the organizing committee feel very grateful and have made us all committed to spend all efforts to make your experience at this upcoming Conference as successful and enjoyable as possible.

The scientific program has been designed to include diagnostic as well as therapeutic haematology, and will attract clinical haematologists, haematopathologists, medical oncologists, pathologists, paediatricians as well as physicians managing such disorders. It will include a diverse set of fascinating speakers, both internationally and nationally, presenting cutting-edge lectures, educational sessions and interactive workshops to make the 38th ESH conference a must attend event for enthusiasts in the world of haematology.

There have been significant and major advancements in Haematology, both in clinical and laboratory fields, over the last decade. From multiparametric flow cytometric immunophenotyping and MRD analysis to next-generation sequencing and new targeted therapies, the way we understand the pathogenesis and/or evolution of several major haematological disorders has changed dramatically, hence, paving the way for a better patients’ care in the era of precision medicine. Certainly, it is really “A fascinating Era for Haematology”.

We look forward to seeing you in the 38th ESH Conference and trust you will find yourparticipation fruitful and enjoyable.
