Dear Colleagues, Homeopaths, friends, We would like to share with you a letter we have sent to the people behind the Homeopathic Software company “Complete Dynamics”. As you will see below, they have published (and also sent via newsletter) information about our company and products (RadarOpus software) which is somewhat misleading and incorrect in our view. We are saddened and disheartened by this approach, because the Homeopathic community should be a wonderful environment where everybody helps one another in order to strengthen the community, and where fair competition is welcome. We have supported and respected the Homeopathy community for more than 34 years and we hope that after this incident, also the owners of Complete Dynamics will change their attitude to achieve the same. We hold no grudge towards Complete Dynamics (Rozand Belangen B.V.) but we felt it was necessary to publish this page in order to help those who received misleading information about us to know the truth. Transparency and honesty are the only way forward in this precious world. Here is a short summary of the information that we believe is misleading or incorrect. You can read the full report further down below. MAIN POINTS: � Complete Dynamics claiming that RadarOpus had not yet released a version compatible

with Mac OS Catalina, when we had already released it.

� Complete Dynamics claiming their software has the most languages (11), when RadarOpus has 13 (+ more than 1.700 documents in 12 languages).

� Complete Dynamics claiming that they are financially stable whereas “others” (hinting at our company) are not (whereas we are very financially stable).

� Complete Dynamics claiming to be the N.1 Homeopathic Software in the World, basing themselves on financial reports of our company but not actually showing sources.

There are other minor points which you can read in the full letter below, however the core message for us is that being at the top of a league does not necessarily mean earning the most money. It means supporting the community and guaranteeing its prosperity. This is why we pride ourselves in:

LETTER TO COMPLETE DYNAMICS Dear Mr. Eduard Van Grinsven and Mr. Roger van Zandvoort, We are writing this letter to you due to an unfortunate situation that was brought to our attention. We are not sure if the letter should be addressed to only one of you or to other people, so please accept our apology if it should be addressed to others. Unfortunately your two names were the only ones we were able to find on your website. Our website clearly states the structure and names of our company, yours doesn’t. If this letter should be addressed to other shareholders/members of your company, please let us know. On October the 2nd 2019, a newsletter was sent by info@completedynamics.com with some misleading information about our company (Radar was mentioned, which refers to the Software now called RadarOpus, managed by Zeus Soft sprl). Whilst everyone is free to speak in this day and age, publishing misleading information about a colleague is not what we would call a fair approach. We also invite you to review such information because misleading or false “comparative publicity” is punishable by Law in the Netherlands (where we believe you have your headquarters) and in EU. Before we explain to you each misleading point from your newsletter and website, we’d also like to express to you how disheartened we were in finding out what you had done. We have supported the Homeopathic community for more than 34 years and we continue to do so. We believe that competition is healthy and we believe in cooperating with everybody in our industry for the benefit of all. So seeing a colleague talking negatively and misleading people about RadarOpus seems like the kind of approach that would really go against the very ethos of an honorable community such as the Homeopathic one. We are a successful company and if you are too, then we can only be happy about it because it means that the Homeopathic community is prospering again (against the negative press that gets too often spread on media channels these days). The fight against Homeopathy is hard enough as it is, so we’d rather see colleagues focusing on strengthening the community than stabbing each other to try and gain more market share. We know our product is excellent, we also know that some people may like to choose different products than ours and this is fine by us. There is space for everybody, and the focus should be on Homeopathic research, on the quality of data, on the precision of content we supply to our fellow Homeopaths in order to help them do their job as well as possible. We hope that you will understand our point and review your published information in order to work on fair grounds and help one another as well as the community, rather than trying to mislead people about the products and services you offer.

POINT 1. The World’s N. 1 Homeopathic Software In your newsletter sent on the 2nd of October 2019 and on your website (checked on the same day) you claim to be the N.1 Homeopathic Software in the World basing this information on financial reports of our company (RadarOpus, and also other competitors) . After your claim you show a basic graph that is meant to reflect your sales. We would like you to be more precise, as talking about our company’s financial reports without any proof and also showing a meaningless graph with no real data is misleading. If you claim to be the N.1 you also need to specify the N.1 of what exactly. Please note that we can only be happy if you are being successful, but we do not understand the reference (with no data) about your main competitors (which includes us). We know we do our job well and we don’t feel the need to point at other companies’ affairs in order to further attract attention to us (also because in our experience, talking negatively of others has a negative effect on the brand). We pride ourselves in being the leader in the world given the tens of thousands of users who have enjoyed and continue to enjoy our program. At Zeus Soft (the company behind RadarOpus software) our goal is to lead and support the community, in order for this profession to become a stepping stone in Homeopathy across the globe! POINT 2. Misleading information about RadarOpus compatibility On your website you wrote that “RadarOpus recently advised their users to not install the latest macOS version, Catalina, because RadarOpus will not run on that macOS version.” And the claim was modified to “RadarOpus informed their users in September 2019 that RadarOpus will not run on the new MacOs Catalina, unless they upgrade to their latest version 2.2 (not yet available at the moment)”.You published this information (or at least we read it on your website) on the 2nd of October 2019. You claim that Radaropus will not run in Catalina, and we had not released version 2.2 of RadarOpus, but this information is false because our live update had officially started on Tuesday the 24th of September 2019. Once again, if you could kindly inform your users via a newsletter and amend the website stating the error this would be enough for us (deleting it will not be enough because readers may have read already the wrong and false claims).

POINT 3. Other claims from the “10 reasons” mentioned on https://www.completedynamics.com. - Most advanced technology: this claim is general and doesn’t specify anything, could you please clarify what you refer to? On your webpage you speak about this claim but you don’t specify what it refers to, other than the two of you being “up to date”. As far as we can tell, having 2 people in your company who are up to date would not define having the most advanced technology. Please could you clarify in order to validate your statement? - Most flexible licensing: For your information we offer our program as a stand-alone “pay once” program, but also rental options and pay monthly options. Can you clarify if you offer more options than this? You also claim that “others persuade you to spend a lot of money” but we do not understand if you are referring to RadarOpus. For your information, we have products that are in fact very well priced, and we do this in order to help especially students starting up their Homeopathic education. To give you an example, your practitioner offer of 10 years for €5 per month (according to your website it’s the best choice) would equate to €600 total expenditure which is exactly DOUBLE the expenditure of our Opus Core, sold in UK for £300. For us this point is not to state “who is better” as we are certain we both work hard to help Homeopaths, but simply to highlight that if you’re claiming that we persuade customers to spend a lot of money then perhaps you should re-think and check facts. - Most languages: You claim that your program is available in 11 languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Hindi), but RadarOpus is available in 13 languages (English, German, Bulgarian, Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, Rumanian, Russian, Turkish), as a result your statement is false with regards to your Software. Your website is available in 10 languages. We work in a different way: we have a main website in English (www.radaropus.com) and then each main reseller has a dedicated website or webpage in their target language. At present our active pages are in English, Brazilian, Russian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Danish, Hungarian, Czech, Bulgarian, which makes it 11 languages, so again your claim is misleading. You are welcome to check our information on our website www.radaropus.com under the “buy” section which offers an interactive map with our resellers and their information. We would also like to bring up your attention to the languages available in RadarOpus for what concerns Reference documents. We have Materia Medica’s, provings, etc. available and searchable in 12 languages. In total there are over 1.700 documents in RadarOpus (and we continue to regularly add material). - Translation of the repertory You claim that Complete Repertory has been translated or is being translated in 14 languages. We prefer to only consider what has been published rather than what has been started but not completed. Synthesis Repertory has been successfully translated in 8 languages, so if Complete Repertory has been successfully translated in more than 8 languages you would indeed have more languages, but we cannot verify this by your statement. You now have our reply so you may be able to confirm this info to us for our own reference if you wish. - Most accurate documentation: we believe it’s great that you offer 88 different manuals, however we don’t understand how the quantity is related to the “accuracy” that you claim. This is somewhat confusing. POINT 4. Loading speed You wrote on your website “RadarOpus announced at the same time that their new version improves the loading time of their program from 22 seconds to 13 seconds. They measured on a MacBook Air 2017 (SSD), a very fast PC. Complete Dynamics loads instantly (less than 1 second, on an older MacBook)”. We have indeed run specific tests on this new version and the loading time you mention is correct. We have different views on your claim about “a very fast PC” but we don’t need you to amend it, because by specifying the year of 2017, you have already made it clear that the machine we used is not the latest MacBook and in fact that technology is already somewhat “old” compared to the latest Mac devices. MacBook air is a much less

performant machine than a MacBook Pro, and the latest versions (2019) have significant performance improvements. Your statement “very fast PC” can thus be considered a merely a personal opinion so we don’t believe it’s a misleading claim. With regards to your claim about Complete Dynamics loading in less than 1 second on an older MacBook, we were surprised you chose not to disclose specific information about the MacBook used, as surely being more precise would have been easier to believe. More to the point, we are certain that your software loads faster, and in reality it should, because it contains less than RadarOpus. The speed of loading is certainly a positive thing for Complete Dynamics and we are happy for your achievement. Whilst that is useful, our aim is to empower Homeopathic practitioners with qualitative tools, so if by adding more qualitative tools our program starts in 13 seconds rather than 1, we feel this is an acceptable compromise against the immense array of professional tools and data available in RadarOpus. A matter of opinions of course. POINT 5. Financial Stability In your newsletter you wrote “we are financially very stable. This means that we make profit and do not have debts. (Not all others can say that)”. Whilst you do not mention RadarOpus specifically, in the newsletter you clearly mention RadarOpus (Radar) and MacRepertory as your colleagues/competitors. As a result this is a direct statement in relation to our financial stability and the one of MacRepertory. This is also misleading information. We are happy to confirm that we are financially stable. Again if you believe we are wrong, please provide substantial data to prove otherwise, because failure to supply such information would imply that you are leading readers to believe something that is incorrect with regards to our company and our brand. If you do not have data to prove your point, then sending a correction to your readers and on your website would be enough (we are a fair company and we understand people can make mistakes, so fixing the mistake promptly is enough for us to fix the issue. Please note that a newsletter should be sent to your readers and not just a fix on the website, because all readers need to be notified of the misleading claim).

CONCLUSION We hope to have clearly outlined the misleading claims stated by your company and we sincerely hope you will agree to take immediate action to remedy those claims. As we mentioned at the start of this letter, our aim is not to fight against one another, we can all coexist harmoniously in the Homeopathic community; however we hope you will understand if we require an action from you to amend your website and inform all the recipients of your newsletter about the correction of such facts. Making the correction would certainly show your integrity as well as fair business approach. The action from your part would also mean to us that the reputation of our company and products will be respected by your company in the same way that we respect yours. We do not want publicity from you, we simply wish for fairness and to remedy false claims. We sincerely hope that issues like these will no longer arise and that the Homeopathic community will continue prospering for the benefit of us all.
