FOUNDATIONS

Minimum 30 mpa Concrete.All External and Load Bearing Walls to have 600 x 350mm massconcrete strip footings.All internal Non Load Bearing Walls to have 600 x 230mm massconcrete strip footings or  200mm Slab Thickening.600 x 230mm Mass concrete to 350 x 350mm brick piers whereapplicable.

FLOORS
