• Pyramid E&C has developed factory assembled, containerized plants to convert Stranded and Flared natural gas to Hydrogen, Methanol and Ammonia by Electric Steam Methane Reforming. These units are ready to install, safe as there are no open flames and can be operated remotely.

• Pyramid E&C has expanded its range of bio-Ethanol technology by securing license for Cellulosic (2G) Ethanol technology which can utilize Rice and Wheat straw, Cane trash, Corn Cobs, Cotton stalk and Bagasse as feedstock to produce Ethanol.

Mundra, India - Modular FabricationLocated in a Special Economic Zone, our Mundra facility in Western India is spread over an area of 200,000 square feet. We can deliver large process packages of up to 800 tonnes in single modules of up to 10m x 10m x 30m. Pyramid E&C offers both Conventional (1G) Ethanol plants to process molasses, grain or corn as the feedstock and Cellulosic (2G) Ethanol plant to produce alcohol from Lignocellulosic biomass e.g. Rice and Wheat straw, Cane trash, Corn Cobs, Cotton stalk or Bagasse, under a third party technology license.

All the plants supplied by Pyramid E&C are energy efficient and equipped with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system and CO2 recovery systems thus ensuring complete environmental compliance and Zero Green House Gas Emissions.

Pyramid E&C has specialist engineering teams at our Houston, London, Dubai and Mumbai offices for each of the hydrocarbon technology domain equipped with process simulation, design and automation capabilities, keen to understand customer requirements, conduct studies and produce the Basic Engineering Package (BEP).

We have our own High Value Engineering Centre (HVEC) at Thane, Mumbai, India having capacity of One Million Man-hours annually. The HVEC has full capability to develop the BEP generated by specialist teams into FEED, Detailed Engineering and manage procurement.

Pyramid E&C manufactures and delivers the process plant equipment and modules from its modular fabrication facility at Mundra, Gujarat, Western India. Customers look toward the project management skills of Pyramid E&C to deliver high-quality projects safely, within budget and on time.

Initial stage of Project Development comprises of several Conceptual Studies and screening of development options. Our domain specialists in conventional and renewable hydrocarbon businessesdraw from resources in the Pyramid E&C Knowledge Management System, which contains a wealth of technical and commercial information, archived from our database of 700 projects, to arrive at best the option in shortest time.

Our specialist engineers assess the strengths and weaknesses of the proposed options and provide a bankable techno commercial Feasibility Report covering all aspects critical for investment decision. For qualified projects, Pyramid E&C assists in financial closure of the project either by equity participation or by institutional lending from USTDA or EXIM banks.

Post financial closure, it is imperative to provide accurate definition to project and conclude the contracting strategy for facility construction. Pyramid E&C conducts Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) study which provides work scope for each engineering discipline and fairly accurate cost estimate. Depending on the available organization capabilities with owner, Pyramid E&C provides complimentary project management services ranging from Owner’s engineer to EPCM or EPC contractor keeping the success of project as sole objective.

Our Modular fabrication facility is located at Mundra Port in Gujarat, Western India. The facility has access to all weather jetty having draft of 60 ft. and capable of loading out modules of 1000 Tons.

3.4 EPC and Plant Operation Support

Pyramid E&C provides a single point Technology, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Operation (EPCO) services for Conventional and Renewable Hydrocarbon Processing facilities. With an extensive track record, we have a mature delivery capability for medium to large EPC projects.

PLANT OPERATION SUPPORTOur EPCO operations are certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 27001 standards and supported by our proprietary SAP® Integrated Project Management system which enables management of Documents, Services, Resources, CAD and Materials required to complete the project safely while fully addressing Quality, Schedule and Cost objectives.

Pyramid E&C has delivered the 140 000 m3 Storge terminal for Crude Oil, Naphtha, Diesel and Fuel oil at Fujairah, UAE. The facility is commissioned in May 2020.
