Article II - Statement of Work '-

The contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, material and' equipmentto provide maintenance, repairs and replacement parts to NRC owned IBM equip-ment. ,In addition, the contractor shall be responsible for replacing all

parts at no cost to the Government, '.. , ,. ,

The work must be performed on site (NRC Headquarters) locations. On-call maintenanceshall be performed upon notification, by the NRC Project Officer, to the contractorthat the equipment is inoperable or unsuitable for operation. The contractorshall provide on-call service during the principal period of maintenance (PPM).The PPM shall consist of nine (9) consecutive hours between 8:00 a.m. and5:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday, excluding Federally observed leaalholidays. The're shal1 be no additional mafiitenance charge for maintenande which was

begun during the PPM and extended beyond this period provided that the contractor isgiven immediate access to the equipment for the purpose of performing on-cal;l, maintenance.,Time spent by ma'in'tenance person'nel" af ter arrival on the site awaiting the ~

A. Payments-

1. The contractor shall be paid an amount computed by multiplying theappropriate hourly rate, or rates, set forth in the Schedule of thecontract, hy the number of direct labor hours performed, which ratesshall i'nclude wages, overhead, general and administrative expense,costs of all materials and profit. Fcr the services to be performed herein, the contractor or any subcontractor shall pay hisemployees not less than the minimum monetary wage of $3.35 per hour in accordance with theFair Labor Standards Act. of 1938.
