Applications will be processed by the department.

Cost Recovery
Cost recovery information that you should know: • Fees • $2900 annual levy / year / entity • $180 application fee for a new Approved arrangement
• $30 per 15 minute assessment for in office activities
• $50 per 15 minute assessment for out of office activities
• $2900 levy will be issued from 1 July 2016
• $1450 / entity was charged for 6 months to 30 June 2016
