• Abatement and demolition of the existing 3 level, +/- 88,000 sf building• Drainage and storm water management systems• Site utilities, sewer, water, gas, electric, etc. • Grading and retaining structures• Sidewalk, ramps, steps, etc.• Parking and drives• Fencing, netting and gates• Drinking water to the fields • Irrigation to natural turf • Competition athletic lighting • Score boards and control systems• Public Address System • Synthetic turf football and multi-sport field with GHSA competition game markings• Natural turf baseball / softball field convertible by season with GHSA competition

game markings • Field markers, goals, bases, dugouts, backstops, benches and support equipment• Concrete pads and bleachers

• Safe and efficient bus, car and pedestrian access and flow.• Comprehensive ADA accessibility• Attention to security through environmental design• Security lighting • Low Voltage systems, data, voice, video, security, etc. • Monument signage, exterior and interior signage and landscaping• All facilities, structures, fields, etc. to meet Georgia High School Association

requirements for athletic competition and practice.
