ISCAS is a well-known registered society, working in the field of solid state chemistry and allied areas. Its objective is to promote scientific activities by regularly organizing seminars, symposia, conferences, and workshops in different parts of the country. The Institute of Solid State Material Science located at campus of Jammu University is established by ISCAS to provide facility to researchers and teaching faculties who are working in the field of solid state chemistry and allied areas.
Seth Kesarimal Porwal College is a renowned institution established in 1965 by late Shri. Nemkumarji Porwal with the noble mission of imparting quality education to socially and economically deprived students of the area. The college is steadily progressing under the leadership of Shri. Sunilkumarji Porwal, President, Shikshan Prasark Mandal, Kamptee. The college offers education at the under-graduate level in Arts, Science and Commerce faculty, and Post- Graduation in Chemistry, Microbiology, IT, Commerce, MA (Economics and Sociology). The college is also a Higher Learning and Research Recognition Center leading to PhD degree in Chemistry and Microbiology. In the last 10 years, more than 300 research papers have been published by faculty members in reputed journals. The college also excels in sports and cultural activities. The members of teaching faculty have earned academic distinctions and awards, besides receiving research grants from UGC and SERB/DST. Kamptee is very famous for the Dragon Palace Temple,Military Cantonment and International Meditation centre.
Kamptee is a satellite township of Nagpur. Nagpur is the second capital of Maharashtra. Nagpur is also famous for orange production and known as "Orange city". The Zero-Milestone of India is located in the heart of city. Maraajbaagh, Botanical garden, Dikshabhoomi, Raman Science Center, Ambazari lake, Japanese Rose Garden and Ganesh Tekdi Temple are the prime attraction of Nagpur.
Participants are requested to submit abstract for oral/ poster presentation as doc. file not exceeding 250 words. It should be typed in Times New Roman style in font size 12 with line spacing 1.5. The title should have font size 14 in bold, author(s) name, affiliation and email address of corresponding author in size 10. Four-five references should be provided at the end of the abstract according to provide format -(A.K. Potbhare, R.G. Chaudhary, V.N. Sonkusare, A.R. Rai, H.D. Juneja, Mater. Sci. Eng. The committee proposes to publish the selected papers after peer-review in the following reputed journals after the conference.
