DIRECTORS

FRANCOIS DU TOIT, B.Tech (QS), PrQS, PMAQSIntroduction: Francois joined Davis Langdon in 1998 in the Tygerberg office. He subsequently qualified as quantity surveyor in 2000. He joined the Davis Langdon Stellenbosch office in 2007 and in 2008 he was promoted to Director of Davis Langdon

In 2010, Davis Langdon merged with Aecom and became known as Aecom.

Francois was appointed as the residential sector leader for Africa. He was also appointed as the business group leader for the Western Cape Region.

In 2013, Francois left the employment of Aecom and started a new private practice firm called Du Toit Pienaar Quantity Surveyors.

Specialisms: Expertise includes cost planning, procurement, cost engineering and cost management of building works. He further specialises in dispute management, program and project management and contractual claim consultation.

Francois has gained extensive experience in all market sectors including offices, retail, motor dealerships, hotels and residential.
