To explain in very simple terms the notion of The Strawman, it is a front, afaçade,a“persona”whichiswheretheword“person”actuallycomesfrom.

This includes Governments,Corporations,Companies,Banks,Police,HospitalsandSchools.

Digital cannot and does not interface with analogue without some sort ofmedium.Digital istherealmof themachineworld,onesandzeros,onandoff,harsh, sharp square wave frequencies with no harmonics and no ambiance,becauseitdoesnotemanatefromanaturalsource.

Analogueissinewave,flowing,rhythmic,harmonic,energisingfrequencies.ThisiswhyMP3’sandotherdigitaltechnologyisbeingpushed,tokeepus“de‐tuned”andoutofsyncwiththenaturalworld.Avoiditatallcostsasitdisruptsnaturallivingsystemsandconfinesyourreality.

Yourbodyisalsosuchavessel,acontainerforyourspiritorsoul,thelifeforcethatanimatesthefleshandblood.Italsocontainsothervesselsthatyourbloodtravelsthrough,muchin thesamewaythehighwayscarry the lifeforceof thecommercialworld.

Itisthemachineworldemulatingthenaturalanalogueworld.

Lifehasthreemainconstituents,water,saltandelectricity(vibrationorenergy)plus intention. The digital world mimics this, using terms such as charge,discharge,circuitcourt,etc.Itallhastodowiththeoutflowingofyourenergyto

animatethedead.

Thenexttimeyouseeanambulanceracingtosavesomeone,stoptoconsiderthatthe“patient”listedonthechartistheperson,inallcaps.ThismightgiveyouaclueastowhythegovernmentprovidesalltheseservicessuchasMedicareandpublichospitals,notforyourbenefit,buttolookafterit’sproperty.Whydoyouthinkit’sanoffencenottowearaseatbeltorhelmet?Becauseasthesurety,you

ThebirthcertificateisthemomenttheStrawmanisfirstcreated.RemembertheWizardofOz,theScarecrow(Strawman)hadnobrain.Thecreatorsofthatfilmas well as the writer of Alice in Wonderland obviously knew about thisinformation,andthatisalsooneofthereasonsthosetwofilmsarequotedso

much in themovie THEMATRIX. TheMatrix cleverly explains what is reallygoingoninthedisguiseofentertainment.

Takeoutallyourcreditcards,utilitybillsandanyotherofficialdocument,andyou’ll see exactlywho you are right now.Most of you hadno idea when yousignedthatcontract,orthelicense,orthebackofyourvisacardthatyouwereenjoiningwiththeStrawmanallcapitalletterfiction,becomingonewithit.

Notice the all capitalisation of the “cardholders” name, which is the fictionStrawman “person”, and it’s assigned account number. Remember there is nomoney,soonlyyoursignaturecancreatethevalue.

Itisevenpossibletoregisteryourpersonwithatrademarkoffice,andthenyouwillfullycomprehendtheseparationbetweenyouandit.

Ofcoursemanypeoplehavethesamename,sowhatsetsoneStrawmanapartfrom another is the creation date (which obviously coincideswith your birthdate) plus your birth certificate (registration number) and any subsequent

CHOICE

Mostpeopleliketothinktheyarefreetodoastheypleaseintheirdailylivesbutinrealityitismuchthesameasamouserunningaroundwithintheconfinesofamaze,thinkingithasachoicewhichdirectiontotake.

Thisapparentchoiceofdirectionorimaginaryfreedomiswhatkeepsus fromquestioningtherealityofthesituation.

Therearereallyonlyfourmain choicesyouhave inanygivensituation,whichare:

1. Silence (dishonour) – as in “you have the right to remain silent…” –silence is also considered tacit agreement, as you obviously have noobjectionorrebuttal.

2. Argument (dishonour) – this is the single most common cause of allproblemstoday,andthereasonthatcourtsandlawyersmakesomuchmoney. Unless there is a controversy, or you give the court energy to

move,itcannotstepin,assumejurisdictionandtellyouwhattodo.

3. FullAcceptance(honour)–youacceptfullresponsibilityforyouractionsand will bear the consequence. Although honourable, it can be adangerousplacetobewhenitcomestothelawandit’sacts.

Youhavearighttoprotectyourprivateproperty,andthatincludesyourhouse,

yourcar,yourfamilyandyourbody.

PolicyEnforcerswilloftentryto locateyourphysicalbodyandarrestitasthesurety for the person/debtor,so it’s always good tocorrectand educate themwhenaskedifyouarethepersononthepresentmentbysaying“I’msorry,youmusthavethewrongperson”.

Sometimesthefictionalentitiesknownasgovernmentsandcompanieswillleaveclues right out in the open for us, that we don’t see. Clues, which reveal thehiddenmeaningbehindsupposedlyinnocentwords.

Takeforexampletheterminologyusedwhensomeonebecomesdisabledoraninvalidpensioner.

In‐validmeansnolongervalid.Theyaretellingusthattheyarenolongerofanyuseasaninstrumenttocreatevalue.Instead,theybecomeawardofthestate,dependant upon the system for survival. Disabled, means no longer able toperformtofullcapacity.

Thesamecanbesaidofpeopleonthedole.Allthoseenjoinedwiththeirpersonsandgettingpaidbythegovernmentandwonderingwhythemoneyissolow.Itismerely tokeeppeople aliveenoughtoextractwhatevervaluetheyhaveascollateral,whileatthesametimebuyingasecurityinterestinthepersonandkeepingthempoor,undereducated,undernourishedandunderdeveloped.

Itcreatesaneasytocontrol,predictablelowerclassofdependantswhosedailylivesareprimarilyconcernedwithconsumerism,distractionandbreeding.Thisis further supported bypharmaceuticaland drug addiction, sport, alcohol andothertypesofescapismfromthedepressionofneverhavingenough.

When a person is convictedof an offence, the surety for thedefendant (yourbody)istakenalongtoabondedwarehouse(prison)andthereitsitsuntilthebondmatures(releasedate).

Thisnumberispooledwiththerestofthenumbersandtradedunderthenameoftheinstitutionorcompanyonthemarketasasecuritiesexchange.Again,thisisoneoftheprimaryreasonsyoudonotwanttobethesuretyfortheStrawman.

When the court hearing came up however, the case was still listed, so he“appeared”,notasthedefendant,butastheprincipalcreditor.

The court hearing certainly didn’t go the way the Magistrate (Judge) wasexpecting, as I had instructed himhow to speak in court, and apparently the

Magistrate turned red and started yelling…they hate it when you stand yourgroundandtheycan’tgetjurisdiction.Hefinallygaveupandsetthematterfortrial.

We believe in this case that the Registrar either destroyed or didn’t file thedocuments,astheyhaddisplayedapersonalreluctancetoacceptingthem.

Thiscananddoeshappen.Ihadonegrumpyregistrarscrawlabiglinethroughmycarefullyprepareddocumentonetime,andsay“youcan’tdothat!”Iasked“is

thatalaworyouropinionandareyougivingmelegaladvice? ”

Theybinnedmydocument,so Iwenthome,madeanothercopy,andtookit tothemaincitycourt,whohadnoproblemwithitwhatsoever,infactitcancelledouttheothercourtspresentment,andIneverheardanotherthing.Thatwastwoyearsago.

Inhiscase,hehasbeenforcedtosigntheBailNotice,fortunatelythewayIhadtaughthim,butthenIpreparedthefollowingAffidavitforhimtotakethatBailNoticebackwithin72hours.

Study theway theAffidavit is presented. You should try to avoid arguments,controversyandclaimsorstatementsthatcouldbetakenasevidence,rathertheuse ofnegativeaverment,which ishow point5 is structured,as itplaces the

Someofushavetakenthestepoutofthepublicandintotheprivaterealmbycreating our own private plates and private registration or other displayednotice. In 2006 I handed in my plates, de‐registered the car, and drafted aNOTICE to try and compel those in powerwithin the “State” to challengemyinalienablerights.

Whathappensinthesecasesisthatyouwillgetaletterback,probablylongafteryourrequestedresponsetimepointingoutlawssuchasthemotorvehiclesact,anddrawingyourattentiontotherightsofcitizensandpersonsetc.

Of course, there is no rebuttal or denial of what youhave asked, they simplysidesteptheissueandgointovoluntarydishonour,thenclaimnoagreementorcontractafterwardsifyouchallengethem.

Sofornearlytwoyears,wejourneyedinpeaceonthecommonwaysoftheland,untilone daywewerestoppedbyPolicy Enforcers in themiddle ofnowhere.

Theykeptmyselfandmywifeandchildthereforover30minswhiletheylookedatthecar,tookphotos,askedquestions,scratchedtheirheadsetc.

ItoldthemIhadaprivateagreement,andwasenjoyingmyinalienablerightstotravel.Theyeventuallyletusgo,asobviouslytherewasnojurisdictiontobehad.

Althoughweenjoyedthebenefitsofnoregistrationfees, usinge‐tolls for free,notworryingaboutredlightcamerasetc,therewasadownside.

There was an underlying fear. Fear of harassment, unlawful arrest anddetainment,exposingmyfamilytopolicebrutalityandpossiblekidnap,plusthefearthatthepublic(agentsofthesystem)whoarenotyetunpluggedwouldsee

our car and report it, thinking they are being a responsible citizen withoutknowingthetruth.

Afteroneparticularlynastyencounterwithaveryaggressiveofficer/pirate,whowantedtoboardourvessel,IdecidedIwasnotgoingtosubmittohisimposedauthorityandinterruptionofourpeacefuljourney,soinclassicSmokeyandtheBandit style, eluded capture anddecided to take a break until such time as Icouldguaranteeoursafetyandholdtheequivalentofdiplomaticimmunityoverthesepolicyen‐forcers.

Idealismdoesnotjustifyplacingyourlovedonesindanger.Rememberthisis

relativelynew,andthereareanawfullotofpersonsoutthere,sotheassumptionisthatweareALLpersons.

Asaresultofthisandtheon‐goingresearch,Iwouldnotrecommendfollowingthiscourseofactionuntilwegettothebottomofitandestablishaprecedentforprivateautomobilesandjourneyinginpeace.Iwillrevisitthisinbooktwo.

What usually happens in a loan situation, is that a “borrower” is established,beingtheallcapsfiction/person–theStrawman.

TheprincipalcreditorfortheStrawman(you)entersintoa“loan”contractwiththebank,withtheassumptionbeingthatthebankisgoingtogiveyousomeof

it’smoney,forwhichservice,youagreetopaythembackoveraperiodoftimeplusinterest.

However,whatreally happens is that the bank “monetises”your instrument–the contract with your signature, and turns it into a credit in it’s books,essentiallyabookkeepingentryasaliability.

Aliabilitymeansitowesyousomething,anditusesthisnewlycreatedcreditonit’s account (which is no more than ones and zeroes on a computer) to thencreateachequeordepositthosefictionaldigitsintoyouraccount.

Soifyoucreatedthemoney,whythendoyouhavetopaybacka“loan”iftheyneverloanedyouanything?Exactly.

Now, you have to realise that this has been going on for decades, maybecenturies,andmanywarshavebeenfoughtoverit,sodon’tthinkthebankisgoing to just come right out and admit to fraud. We have to compel them toprovideproof,intheformofaNOTICEOFADEQUATEASSURANCE.

This isborrowed from the Americansystem, but is just aseffective and validhereinAustralia.

I have created customised templates included in this book, for your study

purposes.Whatyoudowiththemisentirelyuptoyou,butIcantellyouwhatIdowiththem,andwillexplaintheprocessindetail,includingreplylettersandreallifeexamples.

Citizenship inAustralia has a complexand confusing history.AtFederation in1901 no legal category of Australian citizenship existed: ‘British subject’remainedthesolecivicstatus.SincethedelegatestotheAustralasianFederalConventionof1897–98falteredover the issue of citizenship, the Australian Constitution provided neither a

definitionofcitizenship,norapoweroverit.Theterm‘citizen’wasnotemployedinBritishlaw,whichspokeonlyof‘subjects’atthattime,althoughtheformertermwasfrequentlyusedinpoliticaldiscussiontorefertothemembersofthecoloniesandthemootedfederation.The Conventionwished topreserve the British nationality and British subjectstatusalreadyexistinginthecoloniessincebothpoliticiansandpublicidentifiedthemselves,andthestatetheywerecreating,asBritish.

Several notable liberals argued, asmuch from nationalist enthusiasm as legalneed,thatadefinitionofcitizenship,orapoweroverit,shouldbeincludedintheConstitutiontoidentifyBritishsubjectsresidentinAustraliaandtoallowfutureparliaments to deal with circumstances, which the delegates could not yetenvisage.However, the proposal failed when agreement could not be reached on ameaning for an Australian citizenship supplementary to the status of Britishsubject,andtheissuebecameconfusedovertheco‐existenceofstateandfederalcitizenships.Whenthematterwasrevisitedduringaproposalforasafeguardofindividualrights–whicheventuallybecame,inmuchreducedform,section117

oftheConstitution–debateagainflounderedinconfusionoverinterpretationoftheterm‘citizen’.It’srepublicanconnotationsalsofiguredinthereticenceofdelegatestogiveitlegalmeaning,becauseitcouldbeconstruedasadeparturefromBritishformsofgovernment.Eventually,theterm‘citizen’wasavoidedintheConstitutionandreferencemadeonlytothe‘peopleoftheCommonwealth’.

In September 1945 Arthur Calwell, the Minister for Immigration 1945–49,proposedtoCabinetthat‘Australiannationality’bedefinedinlaw.Canadaalso

announcedthatmonththatitintendedtointroducelegislationprovidingforaseparateCanadiancitizenship.

ForCalwellan‘Australiannationality’–heequatednationalitywithcitizenship–would facilitate immigration and deportation, the issue of passports, and therepresentationofAustraliansabroad.HeproposedadefinitionofanAustraliannationalas:

i. apersonborninAustraliawhohasnotacquiredanothernationality,ii. a British subject not born in Australia who was not a prohibited

immigrantathistimeofentryandhasresidedinAustraliafor5years,iii. apersonnaturalisedinAustraliawhohasresidenceoffiveyears,iv. thewifeofanAustraliannationalwhoisherselfaBritishsubjectresident

inAustralia,v. children born outside Australia whose fathers at time of birth were

Australiannationals.

The Nationality and Citizenship Act 1948 formalised the existing de factocategoriesofcitizenship.TheAct createdalegalstatusofAustraliancitizenshipdevoid of any new substance, which meant no more than the de factoadministrativeconceptthatprecededit.

AustraliancitizenswerestillBritishsubjects,andwereonlytobedistinguishedfrom the general category of British subjects (and Irish citizens) by rights ofmovement: permanent residence, and departure and return. ‘Alien’was givenformaldefinitionas ‘apersonwhoisnotaBritishsubject,an Irishcitizenoraprotectedperson’;the‘foreigner’remaineddefinedagainstBritishsubjectstatusandnotagainstAustraliancitizenship.

ThemarriagelicenseisaContractbetweenthepartiesandtheState.TheStateisthe principal party in that Contract. The husband and wife are secondary orinferiorparties.

Inthetraditionalsense,amarriageisacovenantbetweenthehusbandandwifeandGod.ButintheContractwiththestate,referencetoGodisadottedline,andnotofficiallyincludedinthecontractatall.

IfthehusbandandwifewishtoincludeGodasapartyintheirmarriagethatisa"dotted line" they will have to add in their ownminds. The state'smarriagelicense is "strictly secular".What ismeantby the relationship toGod beinga

"dottedline"meantthattheStateregardsanymentionofGodasirrelevant,evenmeaningless.

Inareligiouscontext,marriagewasacovenantbetweenthehusbandandwifeandGodwithhusbandandwifejoinedasone.Thisisnotthecaseintherealmofthe state's marriage license contract. The State is the Principal or dominantparty. The husband and wife are merely contractually "joined" as businesspartners,notinanyreligiousunion.Theymayevenbeconsideredconnectedtoeachotherbyanother"dottedline."

In civil law, the marriage is considered to be a profit‐making venture (eventhoughitmayneveractuallyproduceaprofitinoperation)andasthewifegoesout to the local market to purchase foodstuffs and other supplies for themarriagehousehold,sheisreplenishingthestocksofthebusiness.Moreover,aschildrencomeintothemarriagehousehold,thebusinessventureisconsidered

tohaveexpanded.

Under contract law, every valid contractmust have equal consideration. TheStateoffers consideration inthe formof the actual license itself ‐ the pieceofpaper,theCertificateofMarriage.TheotherpartofconsiderationbytheStateis"the privilege to be regulated by statute." This privilege to be regulated bystatuteincludesallrelatedstatutes,andallcourtcasesastheyareruleduponbythe courts, and all statutes and regulations in the years following thecommencementofthemarriage.

However,avalidcontractmustalsohavefulldisclosure,oritbecomesnulland

voidbywayofmisrepresentation.FailurebytheStatetomakefulldisclosureofthetermsandconditionsmeansthattechnicallythereisnocontract.

Another way to look at the marriage license contract with the State is as acontractofadhesion.Considerationonthepartof thehusbandandwifeistheactual feepaidandthe impliedagreement tobesubjectto the state'sstatutes,rules,andregulationsandallcourtcasesruledonrelatedtomarriagelaw,familylaw, children, and property. This contractual consideration by the bride andgroomplacestheminadefiniteanddefined‐by‐lawpositioninferiorandsubjecttotheState.

Itisveryimportanttorealisethatchildrenborntothemarriageareconsideredbylawas"thefruitofthecontract"‐meaningthechildrenprimarilybelongtotheState,eventhoughthelawnevercomesoutandsaysit.

TherehavebeenSupremeCourtcases,whichstatethatparentshavenopropertyrightintheirchildren,andhavecustodyoftheirchildrenduringgoodbehavioratthesufferanceoftheState.

Thismeansthatparentsmayraisetheirchildrenandmaintaincustodyoftheir

children as long as they don't offend the State, but if they in some mannerdispleasetheState,theStatecanstepinatanytimeandexerciseitssuperiorstatusandtakecustodyandcontrolofitschildren.

Technically,themarriagelicenseisabusinesslicenseallowingthehusbandandwife,inthenameofthemarriage,toenterintocontractswiththirdpartiesandcontract mortgages and debts. They can get car loans, home mortgages, andinstallment debts in the name of the marriage because it is not only anenterprise,butitislookeduponbytheStateasaprivilegedbusinessenterpriseas well as a for‐profit business enterprise. The marriage contract acquirespropertythroughoutitsexistenceandovertime,itishoped,increasesinvalue.

If sometime later, the marriage fails, and a "divorce" results the contractcontinues in existence. The "divorce" is merely a contractual dissolution oramendmentofthetermsandconditionsofthecontract.JurisdictionoftheStateover themarriage, over the husband and wife, now separated, continues andcontinues over all aspects of the marriage, over marital property and overchildrenbroughtintothemarriage.

Thatiswhyfamilylawcourtscalls"divorce"dissolutionofthemarriagebecausethe contract continues in operation but in amended or modified form. Themarriage license contract is one of the strongest; most binding contractual

relationshipstheStatehasonpeople.

Ibelievethisiswhythegovernmentbelievesitcandowhateveritlikes,suchasthefluoridationofthewatersupplyandintroductionofwastewaterintothefoodchain.
