CONSEQUENCES

Extra helpUnderstand that math concepts build upon themselves daily. Thus, if you begin to feel “lost”, miss a class, or cannot get all of your questions answered, please see me and we will work

out a plan and/or time for extra help.

Each student will be given a sheet with five passes each nine weeks. Students may not use passes during instruction. There will be no additional passes given to students who lose their sheet. Once these passes are used, students may be allowed to go at teacher’s discretion. Extra passes can be “cashed in” for extra credit at the end of the nine weeks.

•Verbal warning•Parent contact/conference •After School Detention•Referral to administration

Chapter tests are the only assessments that students may do test corrections on. Students may complete up to two test corrections every 9-weeks. Students must follow test correction policies.

Mistakes are proof that you are

trying!!
